I am able to IM and they open their window but nothing happens after that, it's like it they may not be getting my messages on their end. What can I do?

Posted: 12/4/2006 8:08:58 AM | How come I can't IM my friend in England anymore....we were messaging for a bit and then the screen keeps freezing, words starting disappearing, delays when typing message...she's on my favourite list and i am on hers...so what's the problem?
Has POF been having problems with the Userplane or the IM messaging?
I was even messaging a local friend, and even then the screen on userplane kept doing the same things as mentioned above.
All I seem to be hearing is alot of clicking...it's very annoying.
Please Help and let me know.

My IM was working fine...When I IM someone from my end.. they are not getting the message that I am trying to IM....now when people try to IM me it says Im not connecting...I dont get the drop down box anymore to let me know someone is even trying to IM me...If I change screens... ie.. go to sent.. or inbox...the IM chat window comes up and opens automatically as if I have accepted....If I didnt change screens I would even know someone had tried to IM me.....
Can you help?
