I have issues with userplane crashing and have contacted them.... but the question I have is, is there a way to see chat history? when it crashes i cant see who is saying hi.

Posted: 1/17/2007 1:19:19 PM | me and my friend are trying to chat on instant messenger on pof.he cant get connected to me in the pof window when it gets connected he gets shut down and we cant chat on im on pof.i cant get gonnected to him either i always get the email message he is on the instant message.so can you please help me and me and my friend so we can chat with each other on instant messenger .and he cant get connected to me on instant messenger on pof.he would really would like to chat with me live on pof instant messenger.to whom it may concern i need some one to help me and my friend with this problem with pof.thank you very much.....sweet diane.

| FAQ - Instant Messenger Help. Posted: 1/25/2007 6:55:18 PM | I have been having the same problem myself. I dissabled the pop-up windows dowloaded flash, and tried again. I still keep getting the "you must upgrade your flash player by clicking on the link". I do and then I get a new browser window which tells me to download flash player. I do and then I get the message that te download was successfull, but nothing changes. What do I do now?

| FAQ - Instant Messenger Help. Posted: 1/26/2007 9:19:04 PM | Try not downloading the file. When you click the link and get an option to "save" or "download", click save. Save it to your desktop and double click the new icon it makes. Or, just go to www.adobe.com and click the link for "get adobe flash player" just belew the left hand side of the big animated 'banner'.

| FAQ - Instant Messenger Help. Posted: 1/26/2007 9:23:18 PM | Keep in mind, both users must have flash up to date and working for IM to work between two people. Also, certain firewalls can block a flash messenger. For troubleshooting, you might want to request a chat on an online program like yahoo messenger or MSN messenger. Ok Ok, some of you still use ICQ for chat;-)

| FAQ - Instant Messenger Help. Posted: 1/31/2007 2:35:14 AM | If you have a current version of Flash installed on your browser, note:
First make sure that they have logged into their inbox within the last 15 minutes (you can see login times if you put them in favorites), email them first, and see what happens. The IM will only send if they are logged in.
The "send an email if they don't answer" is not enabled.
Then:
If after you've gone through all the suggestions on this thread (see page 1) you still haven't solved the problem, Userplane can probably help.
Userplane Or (probably faster), send an email to:
support@userplane.com
Also note (from Userplane Support):
If possible let us [Userplane] know what browser you are using and what version as well as if you are on a Mac or a PC. As much info as you can send regarding how we can reproduce the problem would be great!
