Have both Parties re-boot your Computers, sometimes that does the Trick.

For example, if my boss walks by and I bring up my Microsoft Word file, if I get an instant message, it jumps on top of the screen and is clearly visible!
Now, I'm sure that one solution to the problem is to stop instant messaging and do my work, but before taking such drastic measures, I wanted to know if there is a way to insure that instant message popups stay minimized until I want to read them?
I don't mind being notified that there's new text by blinking at the task bar, but opening the window and bringing it in front of the other application isn't acceptable.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. | |

I have tried several times to message ppl and No luck..Guess that means they dont wanna chat or what I am doing wrong here . I get IM's and when I type them back Hey it Works !

when you go to the java site, you should see in the middle of the page an animation...if you don't you definitely need to download the new version ( on the right of the screen ) | |
