Its just the message is a bit short with other information that suggests IM can be fixed.

Posted: 4/20/2009 6:48:13 AM | ^^^^ If you have just recently paid, then contact the admin here via message (links in the FAQ's at the top of the site help/suggestions forum) and in the subject line of the message put something like "serious member upgrade refund request". I have no idea if he is allowing refunds but you can always try.

He has. See msg 2385. At THIS TIME there are no plans to bring it back. Many SUSPECT it will be brought back as a benefit for the paid members but we are all JUST GUESSING on that. The official info from the owner is that it isnt coming back.
