My IM feature use to work fine. But for the past couple days I see if people are online now but i dont have the option to IM anyone anymore. I checked my email setting and made sure that i had no pop up blocker but everything seems fine. Any idea what should i look up next?? Thanks for your time! | |

Posted: 4/20/2009 4:49:23 PM | well it sucks the inst msgner is gone and its not true about the other sites not having im's friendfinder and adult friend finder dose.has far as aol is cocerned let the people that use that garbage tell aol about that on there end.the msg traffic might go up at frist but will fall off..i bet match.com and true and the rest are laughing now more money for them lol     | |

IM isn't working now in MOST cases, but for some users who are serious members, ie paying members, I do get it. I haven't tried it to see if it actually opens up, as so far they are not people I want to contact, unfortunately.
I assumed it had become a 'paid for feature', but the IM help does not mention this or that it is being withdrawn.
Great pity, it is (was) a really useful feature. | |

Am not sure what you did, but really there is a problem with how you have it set up now.
