Posted: 3/8/2007 11:48:52 PM | Anything with speed.. the faster it goes, the better. If I can crash it ingame, woohoo! Works for me. And with the mood I've been in this week, I'd say World of Warcraft, where I can go out, fight stupid looking pixels after a horrid day at work and personally, then go to bed.

I haven't been playing too many console games lately  , I've been participating in closed and open beta testing of some new games  that are either coming out later this year or early next year or playing WoW. I have met and have lots of female friends that play a lot of the online mmos and enjoy them. That's how I got into beta testing and WoW, I just wish they'd be on the servers more now.  | |

Posted: 10/6/2007 8:46:19 PM | RPG's mostly, but love the Tomb Raider series, Doom, Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Legend of Kain, Solid Gear, Alone in the Dark...Myst, Legend of the Sphinx..I like to be scared I guess...and I like adventure and puzzles, but watch out..man I love killing them monsters!
Final Fantasy..oh ya!
I wish there were games like this that had a two player version though | |

Posted: 10/7/2007 8:45:36 AM | I have a Mac (need ti for my business)...and it desperately needs upgrading..but I see that Apple is expanding it's online gaming capabilites. I really prefer the controllers as opposed to the keyboard..maybe because I work on computers and the controller games are a nice break.
I don't think that things like the huge online games is what I want though. I was kind of hoping for an RPG or something like Solid Gear that could have a two player option. Like Alone in the Dark 4 has 2 characters that are played, but each one separately...maybe developers couldf figure out how that could be played by two people at once..hmmm... that's pretty complicated.
I use Playstation...can't afford to have multiple platforms thought the XBOX360 looks really interesting. | |

soooooo I have a question for you if you work for EA games, you ever plan on bringing out Spore or will it just go on the backshelves and not come out for like three years if ever? XD Don't get me wrong I loved some of your games you guys came out with like some of the james bond games and the such I don't lean for the sports games though but that is with every sport game I just find em boring. | |

Did you by any chance work on Majestic? I huge into that game. I was a beta group, and I even got some freebies from you guys from helping out newbies when it went live. I'd love to see someone try it again. It had a lot of potential.
I seem to be the lone ARGer here. I haven't played ARG's in a while, but I was big into them after Majestic. I even did some time as a puppetmaster. I'm also into the adventure games. Myst series, Black Dahlia, Titanic... My hand eye coordination sucks, so I love the games with clues and puzzles. I've even played some of the Nancy Drew games. I don't mind when guys play a lot of games (clocked time watching boyfriend in HS play D&D), as long as they know when to quit. When I need to stretch my brain = puzzle games (speed-sudoku, strategy-puzzles, timed puzzles)
When I need to take out aggression and blow things up (BIG badda BOOM!) - Quake/Halo (OMG!!! HAVE YOU SEEN THE HALO 3 Trailiers??? droooooooollllll - blowing up and Chopin go so well together)...
If I'm in social kick-ass-mode - I miss the days of drunken Tekken or Street Fighter - or BOSHIDO BLADE!

I hate games like WoW or Ultima or Evercrack....I just can't get into them...chopping wood for 3 days to get enough points to beat up a dragon or something...I either like raw action and explosions (BFG!!!) or something that'll stretch my brain....something I can turn off in an instant if I need to go play outside. | |
