I hate the feeling, but it depends on the kind and strength of activity you have in the house.
From vague uneasiness to downright terror with physical contact, I've experienced it all. I've felt cold spots, had my leg yanked when I was trying to sleep but was too scared, I've felt something big standing over me and watching me, I've had my hands held down and had my nipple sucked (and no it was not the least bit sexy).
I'd do it if I could bring a little bit of sage with me to clear the negative energy out first. That would make it more bearable.
Now excuse me while my skin crawls about three feet off of my body. Yuck.

I figure in my young wild and crazy days in the nightclub business I woke up with a few ahem ladies in the morning that scared the begeezus out of me for free, so if I can be half as scared in a haunted house for $5,000 that would be great! LOL
On a more serious side (Yeah for me it is hard to be serious) I actually found out this week in our local paper that our house is situated right above a indian burial ground. There were pictures taken in the 1930's showing bones and skulls just piled beside fences when they put the sewers through back then, and a full article and mapping of the graves. My daughter always say she hated going into the basement because there is a man that lives down there and we always joked about it. Well......... I made the mistake of showing her the article and I guess my son and I will be the only ones going to the laundry room from now on LOL. No sightings though of the little short freaky lady from Poltergeist yet though so that is good! LOL | |

We went there on a regular basis and never saw anything unusual. The only scary times were when we scared each other. I would have no problem spending a night in a haunted house. I don't have to think very hard about this...HELL YEAH, I'll do it!! Mind you, I would be scared crapless and would probably be freaking out the whole time there, but what the heck, why not, eh?!
