Posted: 6/25/2005 12:29:55 AM | __First day of holidays. 10 days in total. Easy morning, hang around the forum. Afternoon got the grocery done and a hair cut ( the one on the left) and....... tour the tall ships which are in town. WOW. Have you seen the russian ship, like 300 +ft. long. Crowds like crazy. I am happy I got to go today for tomorrow it will be NUTS.
__Got a bottle of "Merlot". Real nice. (Thank you "Wine", great recommendation. You are the boss) Browse a few mags. No, not those kind guys. Listen to a few new CD's (David+David, an old classic, and Ray Charles, always a favourite). Nice quiet evening.
__Tomorrow day # 2......jazz festival begins....

my 7 year old came in with a mitt full of change from his piggy bank "to go buy flowers mom"

Posted: 6/26/2005 6:09:53 PM |  What put a major smile on my face today. I think i'll turn it to everyday is my God sent angel kevin ( my son ) kissing me every morning saying good morning. I smile cause it's another day God gave me to breathe and see the world ahead of me to hear words i worked so hard for him to say coming outta my son's mouth. To feel proud of being a mother that gave her world to this human being who dwells on me to help him through the bumps in his life. Knowing that i'm stronger being a young single mom with a special needs child all alone for almost 7 yrs it's the greatest feeling in the world. Thats the rush i get for living everyday is to see my son's face smiling and telling me he loves me cause only God knows what words can't express the love i have for this child. He's my life, love, mind, body and soul 4 ever | |

I was expeecting himnto call on the weekend, and was so disappointed when he didn't. I now have is snail mail and e-mail addresses, and so can keep in contact with him and not lose touch like we did last time I saw him, 12 years ago in Pond Inlet, North West Territories. If you want to know where that it is a map, it better be a prety detailed one, cuz it has a population of under 200 people - probably even undedr 100 people, actually. If/when I get married, I'll probably try to convince my wife that we should honeymoon there - maybe even climb Mount Kiliminjaro!!! :o) | |
