| Why or How Did You Choose Your Nickname
Posted: 12/20/2006 1:02:24 PM | | Unicorn was my cb handle because I like unicorns. And about 8 yrs ago when I first got online I used Unicorn. There was a chat room that I used to hang out at and a group of us regulars became really close friends. One lady (Autumn) and I became as close as sisters, even called each other sis. Any way, one of the youngest in the group one day called her Queen Autumn cause she was the oldest and the one that everyone looked up to for advice etc, and it just stuck we all called her that. Then someone decided if I was her sister that meant I was Princess Unicorn. One day Gallant Dragon said he didn't like the sound of it cause it didn't roll of the tongue smoothly so he reversed it to Unicorn Princess. It stuck and I used it for a long time. Eventually we all kinda drifted apart so now I use it to remind myself of the wonderful friends that I'll always cherish. | |

When I was a kid I collected hats and my father started calling me Mad Hatter....I became a truck driver in the late seventies, and used Mad Hatter as my C-B handle, and in 1991, I went into the entertainment business in the midwest as Mad Hatter Entertainment Svcs.[ karaoke, disc jockey ].
Over the past 8 years, I have dropped the Mad, and am just called "Hatter". | |

Xanadu is always taken everywhere, so I started using xanadue2 because I I figured xana was due at least 2. Of what I have no idea! Most people just call me Z, which is to short to be a nick. | |

Its like a rolly polly bug.
I made this screenname And it's my granddaughter's nick name......

Posted: 12/21/2006 1:02:24 AM | | I have two nicknames, both were given to me by co-workers. The first is "Buzzard", I was in Viet Nam and at 6'4", I weighed 160 lbs. I looked like a scrawny buzzard and the name stuck. My second nickname comes from many years later. I was a long haul truck driver and had the unfortunate circumstance to have birds of all sizes (owls to doves) fly into my windshield. You can guess the results. I consider myself lucky, that I had friends that thought enough of me to give me a nickname. | |

I am a big Starwars fan, and when I made my roommates watch it several times over and over they started referring to me as the "mancalledvader.'' Also, it is my "6 Deep" nickname. "6 deep" is a term that me and 5 of my good friends came up with to "roll" with. It's kind of corny, but we are known around college as "6 deep," and we have t-shirts. I liked the name so I started using it. | |

Superman is my nickname cause I would run 18 hour days all week, still show up to the dance floor on the weekend and not come off till they closed down the dance hall, and still keep the girls happy!

My lil brother called me Mammers forever. A few people call me Josie.... Some old friends from highschool still call me jojobean(long story.....ha ha)... Some people call me sunshine(cuase ya really can never catch me without a smile on my face). My best friend calls me My JoJo(dont ask me why...lol). And my friends mom has called me Josephine my whole life. I never picked any of my names..... I don't mind any of em one bit either... Not too interesting, but fun all the same.... | |
