| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 2/8/2007 10:58:05 AM | I'm not a big fan of tattoos......it's not a deal breaker but not something I find attractive at all. I would also be leary of anyone who is SO into any type of celebrity that they want to do something like that...........especially for people like the Dixie Chicks. Some of their music is pretty good, but they lost me with the crap they've done outside of the music......as far as I'm concerned, they also turned their backs on their fans so don't deserve that kind of admiration. | |

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/1/2007 9:12:56 AM | Why would you be leary of someone who tattoo's a celebrity on them?
That's narrowminded,I don't have tattoo's like that but those that do aren't bad people. That's like saying be leary of dudes in cowboy hat's.I'm still shocked at the amount of un-educated people who offer up their Dr.Phil opinion's these type's are the one's who have that sterotype that WE the tattooed are part of some club where we ride around on motorcycle's and create a bunch of B.S. Sorry to kill your image bro but some of us are normal we have doctor job's and lawyer work and we also could be teaching your children right now as we speak. Women with tattoo's are gorgeous and women without are gorgeous. HERE IT IS I'LL BREAK IT DOWN FOR YOU WE THE TATTOOED DON'T REALLY CARE THAT YOUR NOT TATTOOED.I SIT BACK AND HAVE READ SOME OF THIS BULL S H I T AND LAUGH AT MOST OF IT YOU DON'T LIKE TATTOO'S GOOD FOR YOU.WE DON'T CARE BUT I REFUSE TO LET YOU GO ON AND ON ABOUT STUPID IGNORANT HOT GARBAGE.
The dixie Chick's have nothing to do with tattooing.

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/1/2007 10:12:17 AM | | I like tactful tattoos. I hate tattoos that are on the back like right above the butt. Good lord they are so over done and they are always pretty much the same design. Plus usually they get em for aesthetic reasons rather than like getting one for a memorial of a friend or for a reason like that. When/if I ever get one I'm going to make sure that they just aren't aesthetic but that they mean something to me. To answer the original question I like girls with tattoos. | |

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/1/2007 12:15:40 PM | I love tattoos myself. Used to have one woman that would show me every new tattoo that her husband gave her. He was a very good artist. I haven't seen them after they moved. I enjoy looking at tattoos. I don't think they take away from the woman. But I would never encourage a woman to get a tattoo, nor would I ever get one.
I am also the guy that likes to walk thru a gallary looking at paintings. I think its the artwork that I enjoy.

Really think em through, there there for good. Excellent point. Not every color can be lasered out. The OP said something about her mom not liking her getting a tattoo. If you have to worry about your mom or dad's opinion you are not ready to get a tattoo. Plus whether you like it or not you will be judged on the basis of your skin art so make certain you can deal with people's negativity.
My tattoo's are meaningful to me, were designed for me and are relatively discreet.
They're not for everyone.

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/1/2007 4:07:00 PM | Depends on the girl.
For the most part I like tattoos on women. For the most part though, I dislike chest pieces on women. Depends.

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/1/2007 4:35:53 PM | Never liked tattoos, never will. I always associate them with lower class people, right or wrong. I realize this may be an out-of-date interpretation from my childhood, but I still think that they just look tacky.
Also, nothing, including ink, looks better than a woman's bare skin.
Lastly, I see tattoos as being a way of knowing that a person has no ability for long-term thinking; i.e. they seem to think they will never get old. That tat is going to look awful later in life, no matter what.
No ability for long term thinking = no ability to be in a long-term relationship. Maybe this is a bit of an intellectual leap on my part, but that is how I see it. The first step to being able to be in a long-term stable romantic relationship is being able to think in long-term ranges. I believe you need to able to visualize yourself 10-15-20-25 years from now.
How do think that tat will look in 25 years? Will you still want to look at it? Will your significant other still want to look at it?

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/1/2007 4:50:51 PM | | I like cool girls...er women...and if they have tats then they are still cool...but they are not cool because they have a tattoo...or 10 | |

Thats a pretty broad statement to make that anyone with a tattoo is incapable of thinking long term. I am going to take a wild leap here and assume you don't really know anyone that is a tattoo enthusiast, or you wouldn't have such an incredibly unfounded opinion on that. Who are you to assume that people with tattoos *haven't* thought long and hard on it.
Thoughts like these, blanket prejudices made in ignorance are the the same types of thoughts that made segregation, and the inability of women to vote so prolific in this country for as long as it was.

I was going to rip into you for that but I checked your profile and see that you're only 29. I got my first tattoo when I was 42, I think I was pretty good at long term thinking by then. With proper care and provided you went to a reputable shop a tattoo can look good on you for the rest of your life.
No ability for long term thinking = no ability to be in a long-term relationship. I was married for 30 years...that was longer than you've been alive.
Snotty little kid. | |

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/1/2007 6:51:41 PM | No ability for long term thinking.......what the blue hell are you talking about you have this wild opinion do you have any work?Do you think anyone care's what you think? In 25 five year's are you even going to care that you opened your mouth? When I'm 60 and all my art well blend's together as you so gingerly put it I will be a grandfather and having the best time with my messy tattoo's.I have had work for over 25 year's and it look's the same so before you have an opinion do your homework. These are not the yester year's technology has improved a great deal it seem's a shame that your thought process hasn't. | |

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/2/2007 4:56:57 PM | | I don't like tatoo's. I think it's blight on an otherwise beautiful landscape. But I won't call it a deal breaker. If I'm impressed otherwise I won't mind. How many guys would reject Angelina Jolie? | |
|
| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/2/2007 5:27:46 PM | After you get it, step down about four rungs on the ladder. I don't care how "cool" or nice it is.
I'd dump you cold. no kidding.
|
| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/2/2007 5:52:51 PM | I had a sub who had a tattoo on her lower back "so the guy I'm going down on has something to keep his eyes entertained". Though she sure as heck didn't need any ink to acomplish that.
The wrong ones, or too many, could be a turn off. The right ones can be a turn on.

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/2/2007 6:51:36 PM | A deak breaker? Is this a game show, are you so quick to judge a woman because of her body art? Honestly no bullshit you will lose out on knowing somone that more than likely is a great woman. People today are looking for something they can call their own, think about it everything in your life can be taken at anytime your house...your car...whatever a tattoo is something that is your's.This going back and forth bullshit is a joke.Open your eye's and see someone for who they are aside from the tattoo's,men and women alike people are people so your not attracted to that look you have the right.Would you message a woman back who has heavy coverage? For all of you who have the home game that's lot's of tattoo's........Think about it. | |

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/2/2007 7:11:08 PM | Tattoos are great...considering they are done with TASTE. I have 4 tats which are all done with grace & elegance. There is one more that I want to get...& then I will stop. Too many & you step outside the boundaries of the beauty of them.
May I suggest that you also consider the fact that, unless you can withstand a great deal of pain for a significant amount of time...don't get them.
As for the permanency of them...that's the purpose.
Mine, in themselves, are an identity of who I am & a milestone at certain points in my life. Each one has a story behind them which intertwines with the grace & elegance of my life. Unless one gets to know the person & the background of each tattoo, one will never know at least some part of that persons life.
Patchboogie...you GO my man! I LOVE YA!

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/2/2007 8:33:42 PM | I’m still not sold on them. I think the women’s body is one of the worlds most awesome views.. And Gods prettiest creation, so why tag it?
I guess when I was a kid the only lady’s that had tattoos were old biker woman with few teeth and long stringy gray hair that smoked like 3 packs a day, drank papst blue ribbon beer, and cackled when they laughed . So I think I am still traumatized from that yet

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/2/2007 11:51:06 PM | | Well way to stereotype great job on your ignorance. We are all on a co,putron so why don't those of you who have your pantie's in a twist do a search and see exactly how ignorant you are.Do a simple google search with the word TATTOO and check out online profile's if your so gung ho on your opinion's do some research or is that too hard for you to come out of your little shell's and have open eye's to something other then how ignorant you are. | |

| what do you think of girls with tattoos Posted: 5/3/2007 1:53:07 AM | | ummm, i think our bodies are naturally made beautiful. And as the fact that everybody seems to have tattoos, I, myself do'nt wanna get one. I wanna be unique. | |
