Let's get clinical shall we? You're co-worker is a mammal, I assume human or some simular primate. She ingests solid food. Unless she is on a purely IV ( Intra Veinous ) diet coupled with vitamin and mineral suppliments ( and even then there is some waste matter that builds in solid form in the system ) she takes in solids ( food ) and then PASSES waste from what was ingested.
European Eels do not eat while they are at sea. They swim into fresh water bodies just past the elver stage ( a sort of larval stage of development ) and then eat in fresh water. They mass size and body weight until finally as mature adults they move out to sea where they spend a few years reproducing and living before returning to fresh water again. During the time at sea they do not eat at all! Their rectum diminishes to nearly nothing and their digestive systems shrink and atrophy from dissuse. It is not until they return to fresh water that they resume feeding and the system expands. In fresh water at night they can be caught on bait or in baited traps. But at Sea they are caught only by dropping eel pots which are just dark hiding traps for the eels to hang out in. No bait is needed or ever used.
So to recap. > Eels,... 2 years, potentially without defecating. Your friend? Perhaps a few days. If assisted by salt peter up to 2 weeks. But her body would otherwiser accumulate toxins and kill her!
Some snakes can go a few years between meals also. But Not primates!
Part 2. Why would anyone want to be with a bad liar? If a girl is going to lie, at least make an effort to tell me something that seems vaguely credible! Geeze. Bad liars make me feel insulted like they actually expect me to believe their horse crap!

I am fortunate in that I do not have to work with this person, but then and again I have seen and heard plenty of gems in my own area as well.
As far as her conduct to any guy with a little common sense, sexual safety issues, and an overall feeling of "low class" pretty well should keep the interest levels there to a minimum.

Medically speaking, she is feeding you a line ... all living creatures have BM's ... it's the body's way of ridding itself of "garbage" and if one cannot have a BM, it causes toxins to build up in the body and it will kill you eventually, but it takes a while.
My sister is a nurse as I am too. She once had to treat a man who came into the emergency room ... he was actually vomiting excrement. He had been sooooo constipated that the excrement had backed up so far in his body it was entering his stomach and was making him so "sick" that he was vomiting.
Treatment: A huge enema. Again ... sorry for being so graphic ...
