If you eat (we all do, no matter how little)...it will/has to come out (even if you force yourself to vomit all or most of the food you have eaten...your stomach will still have something in it which means sooner or later than sooner...you will do #2).
If you drink, same as food...it has to come out.
She's the type of person who will say that her S**T smells like strawberries or raspberries. In this case...she's denying that she does #2.
