How about all 3?
skinny.........In discrimination, prejudices, and lies.
muscular.....In honesty, fairness, manners, and thoughtfulness.
fat............In laughter, life, and love.
and this....
They prefer a gentleman who can turn them into a naughty lil thing, regardless of his size or status
I think that about covers it all.

Posted: 1/17/2006 10:56:34 AM | A tall drink of water is my preference. Long lean legs, slim hips, tight abs and broad shoulders. That's the physical. Had one - my second husband. He was the proverbial tall, dark and handsome and HE WAS A JERK!
So, I know what I like physically but it's only icing and can be licked off too easily. He developed a beer gut and somewhere along the way lost his personality, sense of humor and a bunch of other stuff. It's just icing. | |

Someone warm and broad...not necessarily all ripped and iron pumped. But someone who will give you a hug that you can be proud of and feel :)

As far as the original question, I guess we are back to the same old stuff about what is fat and what is a "few extra pounds". I guess height and weight proportionate would be ok, fat is not. And if I fell for a skinny man, I wouldn't worry. I can cook well enough to put the pounds on him if that was what he wanted. | |

I like lean and muscular. I don't like overly muscular as in Arnold Schwarzenneger type...but I also don't like the super skinny string bean type. I have to say that he has to be lean, and very proportioned. I am a sucker for nice arms, shoulders and abs...so, I guess I like the men athletic :)
Think of it this way : If you are 6'1-6'2 you better be at around 220 lbs :)]
u just said u don't like the schwarzie type but 6'1/6'2 around 220 is uncomfortably close......that's too much weight for the height.......a more perfect example is 170/180# for the height.......that RULES. later | |

I happen to like my guys muscled and hard....and BIG like Arnold or the Rock is just fine with me!! I don't make it a requirement though....and have had bfs who had swimmer's type builds. | |

One husband was 5'7 and maybe 145, the other 5' 11 and generally "tubby" at 220-235... the bfs have ranged from about 5'10 and average to 6'5 and "Ahnold". I am a sucker for a great smile and wide shoulders....but have no real "type. | |
