An almost perfect profile and the only thing I would delete is this:

Was reading your profile and I must say admire your honesty about your disability which I have never heard of. I always admire people that take the negative and turn it into the positive.
See you are very outgoing with karaoke and you love to sing, which is a plus.

Big Plus mentioning future dreams of acting on Coronation Street, here in Canada we get that. Maybe I will see you playing in it.
However I will say that third picture on the bed, I would get rid of, it looks like you are just waking up.
Do go for a variety of pictures instead of all head shots and that profile of yours will be an almost perfect one.
I think you should change the First Date, I can see a woman going for karaoke but going home for a DVD might turn a woman off. Women love to play safe my friend.
Go home on the third or fourth when you know a person better.
