Dating when you are disabled

Well, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I'm sure it's really difficult.

As for me, I would lack interest but only because I kind of have this vision of me and my next guy f*cking like rabbits and I think he'll need a strong back for that.

Hang in there OP. They say love knows no boundaries.

You don't have to tell them unless its really noticeable well tell them on the first date that you hurt your back but don't go to in depth.

I broke my back when I was 16 and later they found I had arthritis and fibromyalgia I just don't tell people because I can function just as well and don't let it stop me. The people in my life that know try to baby me because they don't want me to hurt and that pisses me off to no end. Just don't do things to make the injury worse and take your pain killers and live it up.

I know I am only 25 and my disabilities are minor compared to many others out there but if I find a woman that has a problem with random pain and swollen joints then growing old is gonna be a B*tch for them.

You are right.
I dont try to hide it.
Just get on with my new life and happy to do so.
It could have been a lot worse.
Some of my friends are like me,they have there own websites and are doing well.
You can always turn things around for the better.
If people look at some of my friends websites they may have a new outlook towards us lol.

Expected to die at birth, Sean Stephenson has faced an army of reasons to give up and countless opportunities to embrace pity. He suffered more than 200 bone fractures by age eighteen, reached a height of only three feet, and is permanently confined to a wheelchair. Despite his challenges, he took a stand for a quality of life that has inspired millions of people around the world, including Tony Robbins and President Clinton.

hey, he is the mentor you need
