Posted: 6/15/2008 2:41:40 PM | A "hot" photo is never enough to justify writing to someone. Girls who are "hot" (& know it) are full of themselves. I like people who have more depth than a puddle. There is nothing worse than a picture of a bimbo in a bar with all her friends around her, just to prove to the POF population that she has got real friends (honest)...
Of course I read the profiles. I even send a carefully crafted, witty, & personal email.... .....& still get "read/deleted".... haha

Do you read peoples profiles before contacting them? the whole profile or just the basic age/location/looking for? or is a hot photo a good enough reason for you to message them? it will be interesting to see the difference in replies from men and women

i still get the occasional mail, and from the tone and wording of these mails is screamingly obvious they have done nothing more than look at my pic..
i dont mind getting mails, and i always send a polite reply, but some people spend ages trying to create the right first impression on there profile and its annoying when people dont even bother to read the first line. | |
