Posted: 1/19/2007 5:56:34 PM | I went and got mine tonight..........and omg.......I so am wearing it, not the normal bar wear, but meh........it is a 50 60 party.........goin in skirt, shirt and the threequarter sweater, bobby socks and huge snow boots.........lol
So what you think HK.......does that sound about right to you hmmmmmmm.....or did I miss something...I have the crinolyn....just not sure about wearing it....ribbon for my hair.....with a sparkly clip, and black purse to match the skidoo boots........lol  | |

I am wondering mackie, if Pool Junkie will be the only guy getting dressed for the part....we were all kinda guessing who will he be........the fonzzzzzzzz or Potsy....or John Travolta........watched the movie grease tonight.....and Oh yessssssss I am ready to rumble.........50 style tonight,..........lol.......stayed up just so I could say no more sleeps........but ummmmmmmmmm I gotta get some zzzzzzzzs in.....lol.......see everyone TONIGHT.......and to those who dont make it due to the weather....the weather man made me a personal promise to get rid of the storm all by Friday so should be clear sailings..... | |

BTW, for anyone ... and I mean ANYONE .... who is feeling nervous/shy about coming out to this party thinking they will end up stuck in a corner feeling invisible !! DON'T WORRRRRYYYY !!!!!!! The hosts of this party will look after you and for those that slip through the cracks ... every one of us regulars will help you out too !!
We've all been the new y at these events at one time or another so we know how you feel ... you may or may not come away from the party with someone to date afterwords but I will be surprised ... NOOO ... SHOCKED !! .... if every new hasn't made at least one new acquaintance to become friends with !! It is nearly imossible not to with so many wonderful people around !!
Sooo, as a wonderful B-day friend of mine is fond of saying (and I paraphrase)
" Come with NO EXPECTATIONS and leave with WONDERFUL MEMORIES !!!! "
P.S.: I'm gonna be the Gentleman that I am and not say anything nasty about the guy claiming to be annoying vvvvvvvvvvv and that the party wil suck
