Flirting has nothing to do with making a pass at someone, it's just a way of getting attention and making people smile and feel special.
That's the kind of flirting that I like. It makes you feel good to flirt and be flirted with in return. It's just playing with matches but not looking to light up any fireworks lol

Flirting is all about charging the sexual energy that is universal between members of the opposite sex. Its about creating a situation in which there is the chance that more will develop without comprimiszing yourself. Its fun and suggestive, but safe if you know what your doing.

and BTW bra snapping, pigtails pulling, and groping don't have any place in flirting as far as I know lol .. it's just juvenile behaviour but then some people like that so I'm not judging lol.
