| Is kissing cheating...? Posted: 9/24/2007 2:34:06 PM | Well, if this was meant for me, I was just giving my own opinion...when I said "you" in my example, as in "if you wouldn't want him to know" or whatever, I meant "you" in general, not "you" yourself personally.
And no, while I did read the original post, I certainly didn't read all pages. The thing is, if someone had started this as a new thread, (which IMO would be better, since then we'd have "fresh" answers,) someone would be whining that there was already another one...even if it was 85490 years old.

| Is kissing cheating...? Posted: 9/24/2007 8:02:46 PM | | It depends on what type of kissing. A friendly kiss hello or goodbye..no!....Making out ..yes! | |

| Is kissing cheating...? Posted: 9/24/2007 8:15:13 PM | If it is intended as a romantic kiss, yes. If it's the kind of kiss you give your platonic friend/mother/grandmother, no.
Basically, if you're thinking romantic/sexual thoughts when you're doing something physical that you would do romantically with your SO- it is cheating....

| Is kissing cheating...? Posted: 9/24/2007 8:28:15 PM | Cheating = betraying a trust.
Emotional Intimacy = is a psychological event that occurs when the trust level and communication between two people is such that it fosters the mutual sharing of each other's innermost selves. It is unbridled mutual self disclosure.
Physical Intimacy = includes a wide range of behavior. Everything from hand holding to all day love-making. It includes a broad range of physical contact.
Cheating is any man or woman sharing any intimacy with someone of the opposite sex other then their spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend. This includes an intimate kiss, talking about your personal private life or being alone together with someone other then your significant other. (Disclaimer: For Gays and Lesbians, it's ok to talk with the opposite sex. )
I know everyone has that good friend of the opposite sex that they can talk with. However, I haven't met one person who has that good friend of the opposite sex and hasn't slept with them. So let's not fool each other.
