Really.. only the first 1/3rd of a woman's vagina has nerves that sense temperature. The back 2/3rds do not. Soooo... having said that (and yes I have lots of experience with this one!! MMMM.... ) inserting a few ice cubes can offer a really intense sensation for him. From my POV I feel only wetness. I have had it explained to me as two extremes... if the ice cube is inserted into her, then the outer portion remains HOT HOT HOT, and the inner portion gets COLD COLD COLD... he will feel both.
I enjoy playing with ice.. one of my favorite things really... put it on me, in me, over me, whatever.. just follow it along with a hot tongue and keep it moving as it can cause great discomfort if left still for long.
