Seems no one will email me past the comment, "do you have a photo?" Need your help!

| Only lower portion of image shows up

I go to the upload images page and click browse and select a image and click the upload button and it starts working on it but when the page reloads my pic wasn't uploaded. Posted: 11/7/2007 9:17:46 PM | same problem regarding the downloading of a picture onto ths site. Second time as a member, first time there was no problems downloading an image, this time no end of trouble. What is the problem? It certainly isnt a size issue as ive used the image previously.
