I have tried 8 copies of same image, all sized under 200k.

Nothing I do will it display both faces in the frame.

Try converting to BMP before uploading. |

Nope, that don't work either. Nothing works with this image. Doesn't matter what size, resolution, pixels, filetype, all fails.
Any more suggestions? Would like to email a zip of these files I have tried and you mess with them. | |

Posted: 11/18/2007 1:12:47 AM | I've tried uploading from two different computers, different pics, different sizes, created a new account and tried command help, nothing. Upload takes a while still, pages are seperated somewhat only on this site and I'm still able to deleate photos.
I hope this is what you need if not please let me know .

I can't post new images...I deleted some old ones and now I'm trying to upload some different pics, a couple of them I've even had up on this site before, but all that happens is either the page reloads and nothing has changed, or if I upload the pic from the help page, it takes me back to my images page and gives me an error message. My pics just won't upload at all. It seems as though it's worked, but then when the page has refreshed and/or updated the new pic simply isn't there...none of my pics are larger than the size limit nor are they inapropriate in any way...just regular head shots. Can someone please help?? I also posted in the technical help forum but I haven't gotten any replies to my post. Thank you. | |

Posted: 11/18/2007 7:20:35 AM | Seems I am not the only one having difficulty adding new photos to my profile. I deleted a couple from my quota of 8, assigned primary photo status to a different one, but am unable to add new ones. I've used the same technique I have used successfully in the past in creating photos for my profile.
Images are 360 pixels by 360 pixels at 72 dpi, RGB 24-bit colour model, well under 100 kb file size. JPG files.
I browse to my folders, click the Upload button and observe the status bar of my browser (Firefox) report it is waiting. After the customary few seconds the page refreshes, no error messages but the images I attempted to upload to my profile do not appear.
I saved the JPG files to Windows Bitmap format and tried that too, to no avail.
I initially tried to upload photos several hours ago and as that failed tried again no, but still no success. | |
