How about a tethered GPRS cell connection?

POF in general take 10-15 minutes if ever to display a page. Few images ever come up, some after a week open and multiple connects. Works the same on both of my stationary computers. I have shortened some time-outs in Firefox and a page will usually load after the 10 minutes without images. A forced disconnect will force the page to display, still no images. So likely a GPRS proxy server issue? IE acts the same. 99.9% of the rest of the internet work fine.
Just happen to hit this thread on a good day, most things loading - without images....

| Pictures not uploading

I just joined plenty of fish and cannot upload my picture
Not sure why. I have THE SAME PICTURE I am trying to upload on plenty
of fish on and other sites and I have never had a problem.
My picture is a JPG 300w x299h, RGB 100K, 72DPI, 8bits.
Please give instructions for a MAC computer.

When i put the 192.168.1.254 nothing like what is on this post comes up. i can find an ip address, but there is no set up or status. that window doesn't even ask me for a password. for technical difficulites i was asked to call AT&T, but i am Canadian.
