I did see you put several phone numbers and an email address in there which I believe are against the rules, so you might want to get rid of them first so you don't get in trouble.

Posted: 6/19/2009 9:26:16 PM | i am trying to upload new pics on my profile, after i have browsed and selected the photo i want i hit "upload photo" it acts like it is going to a different page but then just goes back to the same page and there is no new picture there. I have tried with multiple different pics and none of them work.

Posted: 7/11/2009 3:57:59 PM | | I e-mailed my photo to your customer care dept. It was never posted to my profile. I sent a 2nd and 3rd request but no answer and the photo has still not been posted. I have my photo saved in an e-mail and i don't have any other way to send it to you so i sent you a copy of the e-mail. I would think you could take my photo from the e-mail i sent and attach it to my file. If you can't then i will just have to cancel because without a photo their is no reason to be on the program. Images are showing with the red X and I've tried to do what others/you have suggested and it doesn't seem to help. I was recently on a router but I now have direct connection. Would this have anything to do with it?
