Posted: 4/13/2005 12:25:57 PM | After being on here for a couple weeks, I have gotten some messgaes that were nice, some that were sour, and then one struck me...It was so energetic in the message, and although the profile didnt say much, his email did. He said he came on here just because he saw my picture and just *had* to meet me.
Weve met, hung out a few times...and I cant be happier. Hes not like any other guy ive dated. A complete gentleman...actually OPENS the car door for me...i havent had a guy do that for me in a long time. I find that so sweet. I just wanted to let everyone know that I have a success story as of now...and so far. Im hoping things work out between us.
Ive been in relationships where its been purely physical but we were bf/gf at the same time. i know thats not all in a relationship. We are taking it slow, getting to know each other, and having FUN while we are at it  Yesterday we went to a Park, went on the swings like little kids and walked around. I havent done that with a guy ever. it was really sweet.
This site worked for me, yay!! :-D Be optimistic guys and gurlz, and congrats on everyone who has a success story!! | |

Then i sent a simple email to this beautiful girl just introducing myself. We had one failed attempt at meeting (thanks to my lack of direction following) but have since more than made up for it. We have only been out three time but both of us agree it has been the best three days anyone could ever have. Although we both realize its too early to get excited about a long term future we both have decided to enjoy each day as it were our last together and not worry about tomorrow. Good luck to all. | |

Posted: 4/13/2005 3:24:37 PM | | well i must say i have good news!!!! i was just curious about this site one day, and i decided what the hell i will add on a profile for myself ...who knows!!! well low and behold i did receive the usual response (guys go gaga over a naughty nurse!!) but then i decided to message a guy whos profile looked appealing. he responded and we talked online for about 4-5 weeks and chatted a few times on the phone, before I finally got up the nerve to meet him..Well am I ever glad I decided to meet him. He is the most wonderful guy I have ever met. Kind caring and just over all makes me feel great! So for all you girls out there dont give up, there is someone out there for everyone!!! Just never settle for anything less than what you deserve! And finally all i have to say is this Naughty Nurse is sooo very glad and happy she met her Big Jeep Guy!! | |

I just think this website helps us not only on getting dates or having relationship but also help us to vent out our frustrations on being alone in life.
I like forums because, that is when everyone’s real personality comes in and it is more the the profile they have.

We're doing so much with each other
IE: fixing my place up to sell, bought a WWII vehicle to do re-enactments (our hobby), quiet moments....
He gives me everything I need emotionally and physically. A Truely wonderful man.

Finally had my first one on one encounter from this site. She invited me over, I arrived, flowers in hand, knocked on the door, she said "come on in".
I walked in to find her in bed with the sheets pulled up, clothes lying on the chair by the bed.
I walked over to her bedside, put the now forgotten flowers on the nite-stand, leaned over and took her hand and gently kissed her.
We have seen each other 4 times now, always the same, no clothes, lying in bed waiting for me, is this a sailors dream, or what?
Believe me, it really happened, in fact, I'm heading out to see her for #5 right now.
Before you get the wrong impression of this wanna-be Cassanova, she is in Ben Taub Hospital, had a condition arise while on-line with me, needed neural surgery. She is a beautiful lady, even in ICU, can't wait to see her at her best, I've sure seen her at her worst.. | |

Posted: 4/22/2005 9:36:46 PM | I met the sweetest man, Im sorry things did not work out as we planned. Sometimes things get jumbled if you go too fast, and you have too much all at once you don't know what to do with. I did totally fell for someone from fish, then I pulled away for a bit as it was
a little overwhelming. Before I could sift through how i felt, I know still knew I wanted him in my life on a certain level. Then, I found out he had been fibbing to me, and talking to another woman he had met on another site years ago and loved. That made it impossible for me to figure out where he and I should go and how we could grow together. Yet, I still care about this man and hope to stay
friends forever, and there is still something special there despite the untruthfullness. Hes got a heart of a lion, he just needs to straighten out his true feelings and what he wants.
So, in all honesty this is a success story, because two people found true love in a different form and will stay close unconditionally as friends. :) good luck to everyone.. ;) XOXO | |
