| What causes you to shut down, BEFORE the date ?
Posted: 3/14/2007 4:57:09 PM | | Phone calls can tell me if I want to meet the man or not. It lets me know how he communicates, which is very important. If I don't feel comfortable with how he expresses himself on the phone I won't be inclined to meet him or pursue him further. It's just as important to me as the photo, in fact, probably more so. | |

There's something about the way you stare...gaze...or something. Not sure what it is, but there is something there that makes me feel uneasy and I haven't even met you.
You look hard, unfriendly a bit? I don't see warmth, invitation... | |

At present, my life is revolving around the legalities of my divorce, my career, and dating. Not much to discuss with dates! Don't really want to go on and on about legal issues. Most people don't want to hear about engineering minutae. I certainly can't discuss other dates while I'm on a date! That leaves the conversational topics rather limited! | |
