I'm really looking forward to Saturday, but I'm not going to do the Fancy dress. One or two costumed people in a crowd of four hundred plus doesn't really work! ( Well, not for the two people in costume! Everyone else has a good laugh!)

Today is Thursday folks I have started to compile the official non members list ready to print off on Sat.
Also the official POF members list will also be printed off on Sat! So YOU still got plenty of time to sign up! YOU know you want to!!
By having both those lists we will know who signed up and never actually turned up on the night (hopefully all that have signed up will all attend) so PLEASE if you are unable to attend REMOVE yourself from the sign up list,it is only polite to do so. We thankyou in advance for your co-operation.

There is someone who would like to attend the meet night from Birmingham they are willing to drive down & back
But they need other people willing to share the cost of the fuel between them to save money 
Or does anyone have space for someone in their car so they can attend the meet night ?

I have found that doormen are more likely to let people in who are in small groups. So maybe it would be a good idea for some people who are going on their own to meet up first with a couple of others. Whenever I have been out in a group I have never had any problem getting into any establishment. | |

I have one wee request, anyone travelling on a night bus, could they get in touch as thisis how I will be getting home and as I am not 100% sure where my stop is I'd like a bus buddy or 2 to get each other to out stops. Just for safety, being a young female wandering round London late at night is not the safest of pursuits. | |

Dancer925.... If you could give people some idea as to where your heading then people from that area maybe can help.No I do NOT mean the actual Area but if you could say whether it is NE or SW London for example.
Myself I am coming from the direction of SE.
The deadline for made badges is 10pm tonight.If you sign up after that, then it will be sticky label/badges as the made badges need time to dry etc.

If I was to get the night bus I would get mine from Trafalgar Square so thats going in different directions.
I am willing and yes I could find someone else to escort us to your bus stop and see you safely on the bus if that helps at all.

I said small groups! They are more likely to refuse entry to single men than to small groups of men or to small mixed groups of men and woman. By small group I mean four to six people. | |

Posted: 2/22/2007 11:05:36 AM | Hiya Dave, Your badge is made one same as rest of members signed up. Your friends which are on a list will have sticky ones same as other guests.You are all done for Saturday,nothing else for you to do but turn up on Sat with your friends.
My mail box is open to everyone,so maybe a glitch with the system.
PLEASE remember anyone that signs up AFTER 10pm tonight will have only a sticky name label as the badges take time to dry!!
If there are any ladies still nervous who would like escorting into the venue ,PLEASE PM me and I will give you a contact number.
This is the largest sign up,for a London meet to date so far,lets make it a night to remember and behave in a manner where we will will be remembered and welcomed back!!
We will be meeting on the MIDDLE FLOOR ,there is also a cloakroom available.
Please look for the balloons ,they will be located in the area where we will be!
ENTRY is free before 9.30. Our meet starts at 7.pm
This is a large pub and we would suggest you get there early enough to gain entry.eg if you roll up at 11pm there is no guarantee you will gain entry.
Please be careful of your drinks and cigs on the night, if you have to go to the toilets then please drink it,take it with you or just buy another on your return. You are responsible for your own safety,all we as hosts can do is warn you to be aware of the people and surroundings around you..................
Ah ,nearly forgot,don't forget to smile as you will be on TTG candid camera on the night!!
