Also to get our badges etc do u expect us to turn up at 7 or can we get if we get there 9 or so?

No you do not have to be there at 7 however the meet does start from that time but feel free to arrive at a time which suits you.
A little reminder....The pub is a LARGE pub holds up to 900 people.It is a VERY BUSY pub and has bouncers on the door. The bouncers as like any other establishment have the right to REFUSE entry and NO reason given.
AFTER 9.30 they charge on the door for entry...So for that reason we suggest that you arrive before that and as the venue is in the heart of the West-End that you dress wear a dress code suitable to the area. | |
