| should I ask a girl if they are on their cycle (period)? Posted: 12/13/2006 9:03:10 AM | All this and no one has bothered to tell this boy that its the week BEFORE that he needs to be worried about?
50?? Damn, you should be long past the time of having to worry about if your partner is on the rag.

Cup is a good idea, I like Doug's advice, though, NEVER go there. And NEVER play tennis in jeans, too constrictive.LMAO

Here are my $0.02
Don't ask, ever!!! Asking us that is like telling us that we are acting crazy...Hell we already know that but pointing it out is a sure fire way of getting yelled at or worse. If you must ask the question, I suggest asking over the phone.
It is right up there with answering the following question honestly:
"Honey, does this outfit make me look fat?" We already know the answer is yes, we are asking you to tell us it isn't. God help ya if you actually tell us "Yes, it does" or "Honey you are fat, you cannot hide it with clothes".
Yeah, I know....WOMEN!!!!

| should I ask a girl if they are on their cycle (period)? Posted: 12/14/2006 3:43:14 AM | | I work for an ob/gyn and have to hear this all day and believe me when I say this - YOU SHOULD NOT ASK. Trust me, you should not have to ask because if you are "brave" enough to ask her - you have been with her long enough to know the schedule. If you don't know when it comes around, then you haven't been with her long enough to disucss it. If you are trying to make a fight - this will do it! | |

| should I ask a girl if they are on their cycle (period)? Posted: 12/14/2006 4:03:28 AM | | I dated a guy once who tracked my cycle. At first I thought it was weird (he kept track with his PDA), but then I sort of liked it because (1) it showed interest and (2) he knew when I was most receptive advances (like most women, by levels of desire strongly correlate to my cycle). So, I for one,, and giving the OP the benefit of the doubt on this one. I think it's kinda of cute. | |

| should I ask a girl if they are on their cycle (period)? Posted: 12/16/2006 2:57:21 AM | Ah - poor OP! Ok Mark - I won't tease (much). Firstly, as previously stated, please don't ask. Women in general really really don't like you to. If your sweetie is acting moody, ill, in pain, which ever, then just ask her if there is anything you can do for her. If she's receptive to this, then she'll let you get her a cup of tea, or a heating pad, or a lower back rub, or fix dinner. But, maybe it's something else - maybe she's got the flu... You really do have to be careful - this is pure nitroglycerine, and it's not stable at all. You could try tracking it, but I have to tell you - if my boyfriend did that, I'd be weirded out. If my husband did it, that'd be ok. So, if you track it, for crickets sake, don't let on! (and be prepared to go to the shop for some feminine hygene products...) | |

| should I ask a girl if they are on their cycle (period)? Posted: 12/16/2006 12:45:58 PM | Escalust...LMAO... Why don't you just end your post with, and would any woman who likes my post please, please, please send me an e-mail. As for your master plan... 1) Not feeling well? You think this is a DISEASE?? Buddy!
2) Are you nuts? Even I don't care that much about me... And yes, that would be really creepy. Especially if it's the same calander you use to mark when you get laid, in what positions and with whom.
3) Bring her something nice?? Like what? A box of Tampax and a Get Well Soon Card? Mood swings? Better include some knee pads while your at it so she can still feel like she can contribute to the relationship in her emotional time of need.
OP: Are you concerened she is going to want sex with you then, or are you just trying to come up with an alternative to dropping to your knees in the supermarket checkout line and sniffing???

| should I ask a girl if they are on their cycle (period)? Posted: 12/16/2006 1:24:32 PM | @dawn: Hi Honey. You mean me doing that at Fortino's wasn't the thing that really turned you on about me?
Just having a mental field day with this one....
OP: In short. No. Just how do you word it exactly? "Excuse me miss, but are you OTR today?", or "If I told you Massingil was on sale this week, would you buy some?". Seriously bud, you don't ask. You can pretty much figure it out if you watch how her emotional reactions shift through the cycle. Most women are pretty predictable if thier cycle is remotely stable. Besides, it's just a tad rude. If she thought it was important she would let you know. And if not, then the only time it would matter is if you were having sex, and then you would find out REALLY fast wouldn't you?

| should I ask a girl if they are on their cycle (period)? Posted: 12/16/2006 3:45:08 PM | Funtastic - like the SOH....
If you are in a relationship - I don't see the problem. If it is - then maybe you are not that close and you should rethink things.
If NOT in a relationship - don't think that is too cool. A little too personal.
Close friends - maybe. I have a good friend (or two) of mine I might be able to say this to - or she would share anyway, but outside of that....

| should I ask a girl if they are on their cycle (period)? Posted: 12/16/2006 4:15:21 PM | | If a man, uncle or not, was asking my niece about her period, he would NEVER be getting the opportunity to get near her...that's f***ed up. Why would an older man need to ask those type of questions of a girl? | |

Why would a woman not trust a man like that after all he is only trying to be conciderate Now I want you to give me your bank account number don't worry though I am just trying to make sure you have plenty of money in there so there are no bad checks from you.
