I redid my page yall , and within the week that I have redone it , I have gotten 5 new guys messageing me . I was really shocked. One looks really promiseing , we chatted most of the day on and off. He made me smile and laugh. I am loving it. | |

I ended up going with my gut and not meeting the recent little fishie that was swimming around my boat. He seemed really nice, but there was something I just could not put my finger on.
Anyway....good luck to you and I will just keep trolling.......

Yes, I truly do and he was very gracious when I told him I had changed my mind about meeting. It may have just been indigestion and now I have to have one of those......."WOW, I should have had a V-8" moments. You just never know. I hate having to be so overly cautious, but it is necessary in this day and time.

Once I was lucky enough to date a married man for 4 months ( he wound up moving in with me ) whos wife was pregnant with their 3 rd baby and he also had his g/f on the side as well. Wow what luck, oh and then the lucky date with the guy who showed up wearing sweatpants.....oh and the one who forgot to show up, I was lucky then as well.....
In all honesty now though, yes I have had the most fantastic luck as of late because I stopped looking, changed things in my life and WOW!!!! He found me or we found each other, however which way it was, I am glad it happened. Someone who is honest, believes in family and friends and above all believes in himself ( and me ) | |

What are the odds? But I only met one I felt any chemistry with and she turned out to be a complete sham. She looked nothing like her photograph, yeah maybe 10 years ago, but not now. I barely recognized her on our first date. I was so let down. I'm not looking for perfect, just be honest about it. I haven't had any nibbles here yet. I tried out a couple other sites like match but all I ever got was spam from Nigerian con men. Pictures of American women who can't even write an intelligible sentence in English. What do I look like, a fool? On one those perfect match sites I keep getting matched up with people that are not at all what I'm interested in. I guess I should listen to their computer. It obviously knows what's better for me than I do ;) But anyways I stopped looking too. I mostly just read the forums here and chat with friends. The wife and I are on good terms now. If I wanted to try that again I suppose I could. What do you all think? | |

Wow ...not sure what to think about all of the enthusiasm....lol
First of all.... if you have to ask...????????? the answer is probably NO.
Second, there is a reason you are not with her...meditate on those reasons and
see what YOU come up with.
Then again...what do I know???....I'm in the same "sea" you are..!!
I myself try not to make the same mistake "twice"...atleast the same "exact" mistake
with the same person....but like I said what do I know??...
But, on a spirtual note: God can fix anything as long as both parties are willing to
allow him to.

There is comfort in the discomfort. If that is the life you WANT, then go for it, but if you want a life filled with positive opportunities and potential happiness, my vote would be to keep fishing.

In the past few months I haven't had any luck whatsoever. One would think with all the people on this site it would be a bit better. I don't think there are any real "bots" on here, but... I suppose alot depends on what you want and what you are willing to settle for. As for me, I have settled in the past and it has gotten me here..from here on I settle for what I really want. | |

Lucky that I am still able to look at myself in the morning and say "thank God I still have all my own teeth"........
