| Anyone from South and North Carolina and surrounding?

Could most of you guys be happy with a huge bon-fire gathering in a campground? We could all go swimming, show off our survival, scout skills! Get drunk and tumble to the tent.

| Anyone from South and North Carolina and surrounding?
Posted: 7/23/2006 8:45:55 PM | I've been seriously considering a meet in the next couple of months, and I was hoping to hold it in the Charlotte area. I'm hoping for a weekend of random events, as this lends the opportunity for more to attend. I'm willing to pull it all together, but I won't do so unless there is a significant level of interest.

There seem to be a few people talking about getting something going in September in Charleston. Not that I'm biased, but Charleston is really close for me!  | |

- Carolina Ale House in RALEIGH (Old Wake Forest Road, near Longbranch) Carolina Ale House 512 Creekside Dr, Raleigh, NC (south of 440) (this is off Wake forest rd.)
- all Craig's List single "seekers" and even singles from other lists are welcome (spread the word)
- dining is available in addition to the bar and pool tables (I think there are some non-smoking areas)

While i was browsing through this forum i saw a suggestion about going to a comedy club. I wondered if anyone has been to Cagneys Comedy club in Fayetteville. If you have i would like to hear about it. Was it fun? Would it make a good POF get together? I'll stay tuned for more :) | |
