That little Russian has been lucky for a while then...I seem to remember him setting the Euro's on fire with his quality in quite a few games. Top top player...and to think the deal almost fell through!!!!

look at your american owners who see liverpool run has a buisness who will raise ticket prices to deal with the debts mounting at the club just like whats happening at united. just deal with the fact liverpool are just a buisness now, the difference is man utd know how to make the club run succesfully has a buisness and thats one of many reasons why you are jelous, liverpool are an ageing and outdated club. their stadium is a shit hole their fans like you live in the past and liverpool have not only failed to win a league title in nearly 2 decades but they have won nothing since 2006 4 years since they won a big trophy and that was an awful squad. the last time liverpool had a great side was in the 80s and that was a lng long time ago. deal with it united have just overtaken liverpool has englands most succesful club united are the greatest club in britain, celtic and rangers can be called britains most succesful clubs not united and livepool. | |

the 99 season is the most epic season and go look at it in full in the amount of last minute winners, winning in extra time, coming back from 2 0 to a great juventus side with zidane and davids in their prime and winning with 10 men. oh it is the most exciting season I have ever seen 98/99 playing some of the best football played, didnt united make history by being the first side in the game to win the 3 major prizes in one season. and unlike most teams today it was mostly home grow. | |

Jason your ignorance is worrying! where do you get your information from? from a rubbish bin? Bernabeu gets sold out almost always, when i was a kid it used to have 120000 spectators on Sundays, you know, when stadiums did not have proper seats as you see today. after UEFA ruled about seats, Bernabeu has 80000 seats more or less and usually it gets sold out. go and have at look at the last matches.
the same with Barcelona, do you really think that the shit hole of Barcelona gets sold out always? it does not! usually but not always as Bernabeu! get your facts right Jason!
as for Barcelona building teams and Madrid buying them, well do you mean the new player Ibrahimovich signed by Barca? how much money have they paid including the money received by Inter because of Etoo? tell me Jason.... it is really easy slag off Madrid because of Ronaldo and the money Madrid has paid, but you see that the scum of Barcelona has paid almost the same amount to sign Ibrahimovich.

I was one of the fans protesting against the glazer takeover, I wrote two letters 1 to the premier league 1 to the FA asking them to try and block the glazer takeover but got no responce because lets be real they are such diots running the game it is hilerious. the bernabeu is just brilliant I rate it has europes best stadium and the best stadium in world football its miles better than camp nou and old trafford. I envy real madrid on that front and I envy real madrid has a squad which is the best squad in world football, my tip to win la liga and the europen cup is real madrid. in cristiano ronaldo madrid have the most versitile player in the game, he can play right left and upfront. he is the most deadly goal scorer, he is awesome at free kicks who ronaldo was far better than beckham on free kicks, and his deadly strikes no defender goal keepers would hate to save. in attack you also add kaka benzama raul Higuain add players like van nistlerooy guti who all can chip in with goals. you add midfield duo alonzo diarra with the likes of gago and diarra its an awesome outfit if they can get it right at the back they will ba hard to stop. barca may suffer with lack of depth in attack. but barca bring through loads of home grown talent that madrid man utd dont. | |

that was last season in the 08/09 season but real madrids big spending over the summer the balance of power has shifted. add the fact that madrids board and management have not shafted out loads of players like L diarra gago higuen raul guti van nistlerooy because of new players brought in. they have thought of its gonna take a squad game, look how they did things in the 03/04 season where they sold all the squad players and relied on the big names and academy and they collapsed with lack of strength in depth. | |

torres only scored the most ever amount of goals in his 1st season in the premirship, no other player in the history of english football has done that.
& when it comes 2 stadiums, Anfield is easily the best stadium in english football with the best set of fans in. Anfield is regarded alot more historic than old trafford. old trafford is silent on match days. you wanna get yourself 2 Anfield on a european match it'll blow you away.

I can come up with facts that bolws your points of view out of the water.so torres scoring loads of goals does not clowd the fact where has it lead torres in terms of medal collection nothing. look where cristiano ronaldo is now who blitz torres goals record and the awads and trophy collection. its simple old trafford will still be around long after anfield is knocked down. united will still have old trafford, and liverpool will not. | |

Madrid have 9 European Cups/Champions Leagues, how many have Barca won? if you know nothing about Britain, how the hell about a foreign place, Spain?
can you tell me a domestic league with a club having won the title more than 30 times? perhaps in Scotland with Celtic i might say, no? that says a lot of Madrid being powerful through the years.
