I think that SOFTLY using your teeth (the molars, not the sharp ones) on the head of the penis can feel good. The main thing about head though, is that it simulates a vagina. Only you have much more control over the "tightness" and the pace. There are no teeth in your vagina (hopefully, unless you're like that dude from "The Dark Side" with a mutant twin in your body) so it should ideally feel soft, and wet, and free from sharp things.
