hmmm Anyone can organize and host a PoF event. The way to do it is to start a thread in your area (ie Amherst - start a thread in the NS forums) saying that you are organizing an event. Give people your tentative plans, and ask them to post if they want to attend. Or post in your local forums for volunteers to pm you to help organize an event.

If you wait for someone else to do it ~ you wait. Events are planned, organized and run by PoF members themselves. Sorta like a group of friends, now n then someone has a house party and invites the others. So prowl970 why don't you organize something in Amherst? Announce it in the NS forums and see what happens. Maybe ask others for their input, whatever. Good Luck!

As for the feb social in Charlottetown, I'm sure it will be an awesome time for all, wish I could attend. Looks like gennie has put a lot of work into it so I do hope everyone has a Blast!!!

First I want to thank Justentyme for allowing me to bounce my ideas off of him. I'm sure he is getting ready to hide from me!! lol

I want to thank everyone for attending the social last night. I don't have an accurate count but there were about 15 bodies there. It was too bad that the women outnumbered the men. Come on guys, how are we supposed to talk to you if you don't show up!!! lol How are you going to spread the word about how nice/crazy we are!!!
