| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/9/2005 1:05:43 PM | | If he doesn't cream himself first. I really could see that with a celebrity facing a prison sentence, I don't mean Martha style either I mean hard time I think they would go mad because they had their freedom and money and bank account and lifestyle taken away. | |
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/9/2005 5:43:43 PM | | I think Michael will leave if he gets convicted and has to do time... A guy with that much money can do that. | |
|

| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/11/2005 1:29:28 PM | How can anyone with a grain of intelligence pronounce the guy guilty when they haven't heard all the evidence and the defense hasn't presented it's case?
I bet it's the same way they 'convict' our President of wrongdoing without having access to anything but the media for information.
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/11/2005 1:34:13 PM | | Well how can anyone with a grain of intelligence defend the guy knowing full well that in the past he PAID OFF a kid to keep his mouth shut. If he were innocent he would have done everything to clear his name, not just shell out the millions. Very suspicious!! And now again, here we go. Do you think that these children are making this up??. Where theres smoke there is fire. He is as guilty as birds can fly. | |
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/11/2005 1:50:53 PM | Suspicions do not equal guilt, that is why we have a trial in the first place.
As for the children making it up, the only testimony I could see (and it was just a tiny fraction of the whole testimony) was from one child claiming Jackson touched him inappropriately. Under defense cross examination it came out that this child was told to lie by his parents in a previous accusation against Jackson. Hardly very credible testimony is it?
You're totally biased in this matter and you have no facts to base your conclusions upon.

| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/12/2005 9:29:27 AM | So then you advocate men in their 40's sleeping with other peoples childern? In your twisted world thats ok? All of this speculation MUST be based on truths. If a 40 year old man on your block was sleeping with your neighbours children and wanted to sleep with your own, your saying that as long as he was never convicted of anything then you give him the green light? Children sleep in their OWN beds or with Mom and Dad during a thunderstorm...THATS IT. If you really think that this man is innocent and you believe that whats being done to him is wrong then you are a sad sad example of a man. Its beyond all of my understanding how someone could be so blind. I guess you can just keep playing MJ records and I'll continue to hate child molesting faggot freaks as much as one can. | |

| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/12/2005 9:35:10 AM | | No, I think he's advocating due process and a fair trial. Just like he'd advocate for you, if you were accused of a crime here in America. | |
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/12/2005 9:43:06 AM | | Were seeing due process are we not. And I advocate due process. As an American citizen, he's intitled to that. Ok, thats fair. Im not, nor have I suggested that they should lock him up straight away and throw away the key. Im simply stating the OBVIOUS. Do you think he's actually innocent?? Do you think it's "normal" or "alright" for a man in his 40's to want to sleep with other peoples childern? Would you get in front of a thousand people in your community and promote that kind of behaviour. Probably not. The freak is guilty. We already know this but the judicial system has to run its course first and I agree with that. Hopefully this one doesn't go OJ | |

Do you think he's actually innocent??
If you are truly going to advocate justice then he HAS to be innocent right now. We don't just go through the steps because we think we see the 'obvious'. You STILL have not seen nor heard ALL of the evidence in this case. How can you possibly suggest guilt?
I never once stated I think some of his behavior is acceptable, I certainly do not. However, the behavior by itself is not illegal and what we have right now is a legal battle. If he is found guilty, they should castrate him and turn him over to the parents of the children he allegedly molested. If he is innocent, he should be cut loose like anyone else and be permitted to carry on with his life.

| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/12/2005 1:13:20 PM | | What money though? He admits to million dollar shopping sprees amoung other things and now how much does he have to pump into lawyers and ec ect. He ain't so rich as he was about five, ten years ago. He gotta be hurting after as much as he's had to pay out and its rumoured that both his sisters have more money aside than he does and its not looking like they want to be terribly close at the moment. If he did go he'd be snagged in a heartbeat to because everyone knows what he looks like and plastic surgery does'nt look like an option anymore lol...... | |

| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/12/2005 1:18:30 PM | Yeah innocent and still sick. Check out his checkered past man enough aledged cases have happened and been hushed or paid off (yet another reason for the depleation of his funds, paying off people) what does it have to be with him Once, Twice threetimes a bugger before people see how sick he is? What was found in his "NEVERLAND" ranch was convincing enough to me and the jesus juice thing...sicko.. | |
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/12/2005 1:31:38 PM |
jesus juice thing...sicko
How do you know Jackson ever said such a thing? All I saw was that the media reported one of the prosecution witnesses made such a claim.
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/12/2005 1:46:14 PM | | Yes thats from one of the victims (or supposed vicitms) of his saying it was jesus juice but it was his flight attendant who said he like wine served in pop cans and what did he serve it to the boys in: A pop can!!! (or supposedly I know alot of people still stick up for the sick pluck). | |

| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/12/2005 7:12:27 PM | | Personally, I think the guy is really disturbed. I think he may have several mental illnesses, and it's getting worse as he gets older. He is so out of touch with reality, it's not even funny anymore. I saw the documentary by the Bashear guy, and it only left me feeling really bad for Michael Jackson, I don't excuse anything he may be guilty of, but we tend to forget that celebrities, politicians, etc are actual people just like us. The guy never had a real childhood, and that alone can screw people up for life. I've heard reports that he's been witnessed showering with kids, and if stuff like that is true, then I hope they lock his ass up. | |

| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/13/2005 3:16:03 PM | If he is guilty, I hope they do worse than lock him up.
Bottom line is we have a trial to see if the State can prove he's guilty. Not a single person in this forum has all the same information as the jury does. So no one can render a decision on his guilt or innocence, unless of course you aren't interested in Justice based on the facts of the case?
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/13/2005 4:57:30 PM | ^^so true Watchman, but let's look at a few things.
1. He prefers the company of children. Now, children are great, but to prefer them as contemporaries? There is definitely a red flag there. That, and the fact that he sleeps with them. Every man knows that sometimes erections happen at night. NOT a good thing with a child in bed with you.
2. He already ran into trouble with accusations in the early 90s. To continue to make oneself vulnerable is a question everyone needs to ask.
At least, he is very disturbed. More than likely though, he is guilty of some of the offenses. Let's let justice run its course as it should. But, it doesn't prevent us from putting 2 and 2 together.
The parents as well should be drawn and quartered. They knew of 1 and 2 above, and they knew of his prior conflicts with these kinds of accusations. I like to give the benefit of the doubt myself - but NEVER when it concerns my kids. Not willing to take that chance, but I'll bet they did it because they saw green, as in $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/13/2005 7:54:48 PM | | Exactly and thats why he's a short of funds man to date that and court costs and lawyer fees and so on.......... | |
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/13/2005 8:42:36 PM | | I think he's guilty and he doesn't think it's wrong . . .he may even think the kinds of relationships he has with children are normal | |
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/13/2005 8:43:23 PM | | he won't be able to straighten his hair and wear makeup in jail . . .that'll be interesting | |
|
| Michael Jackson Guilty ? Posted: 4/14/2005 5:04:34 AM | He's innocent
He's just weird plain and simple People only think he isn't becuase of the media and tabloids Nobody in this forum knows him personaly or has proof that he is so judging would seem kinda pointless don't yah think? They're doing it for the money and thats just it. Do you honestly think that if he wasn't a famous singer that any of this would have happened ?

Posted: 4/15/2005 10:21:00 AM | | Do some behavioral sciences studies sweetie and see for yourself if he fits the bill, Me I have done alittle bit and what the books and my own mind can put toghether is the man has deep issues that span way beyond his non-childhood. Brit hun not trying to get you going its just from a point of veiw. I don't have all the facts before me but I can read between the lines reeal well when it comes to pedofiles they happened to be an area that I have looked at.
