The key is to relax your mind and body, breathe from diaphram...I dont see how someone cant go atleast 20 minutes with practice...If you bust it in a minute you are too tense either physically or mentally...
I remember the first couple of times i had sex it was like 3 mins tops, now i can go as long as needed...Not to sound like some eastern philosophy dweeb, but i found what works for me is to concentrate on visualizing the sexual energy going throughout the body...Most people arent aware of there whole body during the act, they are focusing on one thing of course...there are books about it...educate yourself...not just for her sakes, but for your own too...dont deprive yourself of having an orgasm that will blow your mind
