Posted: 1/8/2007 8:22:32 AM | | You know someone once told me if your going to make something happen it takes time and alot of planning thats why I planned it for april because that gives people enough time to save up the money. Not to mention I have always believed that even the impossable is paossable I mean look around you at a time everything that we have out in this world was at a point impossable can you imagine what they would have said if you went back to the old days and told them that we would be driveing around in metal contraptions called cars they would have probally called you a witch and had you burned at the stake LOL but at a time everything you see around you was impossable anything is possable if you believe and I want to see people enjoying themselves I mean what fun is "wow lets go get some coffee and kick back and talk for a hour and get bored" how about" hey isnt that mickey mouse quick get a camera I want a picture of me with him" and I have heard that they have a lot of rides now that are new from when I wasnt there last and trust me I wanna see them. | |

knotts is better, six flags is the bomb!!!!
disneyland is overated, too expensive for what it is worth and the rides are boring
if you want to have fun, LETS GO TO SIX FLAGS!!!!   | |

Posted: 1/8/2007 5:48:27 PM | | personally I think Knott's Berry Farm. I am 60 & they have a senior early bird dinner. and the rides are geared to all ages. I can find places to sit and it is cheaper than Dland. Also I like it better since it is smaller and I am a peanuts fan. Camp snoopy! | |

We were there all day, went on 8 rides and saw the parade. That was used up the whole day. $63.00 each. I prefer to bring a cooler with food and water, we take a break for lunch, it's cheaper and the food is better. | |

But some of us are single moms who can't afford to take our kids to Disneyland for a family vacation. I would have to drive 7 hours, stay in a hotel, pay for food, gas, the hotel and admission to Disneyland. I'm sorry... but I won't fork out that kind of money just to meet a guy. If I was going to pay to meet a guy I'd be on one of the dating sites you have to pay for.

Posted: 1/8/2007 8:14:10 PM | Personally Disneyland has always been my favorite park. I especially like it at night cuz they got all the lights in the trees, yada, yada. BUT.... the last time I went I went with a guy I met online, who lived in Nevada, had a boat out in San Pedro, and had never been to Disneyland. One of my favorite things at DL is Tom Sawyers Island. When I have taken ppl that have never been before the first thing I take them to is Tom Sawyers. It's got caves that wind all over, bridges a tree house and this huge rock that was a teeter totter. Well..... When I went with my date some of the rides you go to DL for weren't running, so I head over to the Island....to make a long story over the teeter totter rock was gone, the caves didn't wind around or take u from one area to another, they were blocked off and you couldn't get to the top of any of them. I just SUCKED. My date didn't know what he missed cuz it was now gone but it was a real bummer to me. I'm sure to many unattended kids were on that rock and fell off so that got yanked. I don't even want to know why all the caves were blocked off, I can only imagine! But............
I've never been to the new California adventure so I'd be up for that park if it's part of the get together. | |

Posted: 1/9/2007 6:52:26 PM | | We should try and meet somewhere at Downtown Disney.To know who is from this site we should all wear a color shirt so we can indentify each other at our meeting point.We should try and meet on a weekend and have 3 or 4 meeting times so we can all enjoy each others company.I have an annual pass so I can get cheaper tickets for anyone who wants to go into the parks. | |
