are there women here that prefer the "un-Fabio" look ? Are you kidding me? My man shaves his head too and sweet mother of gawd . . . turns my crank like you wouldn't believe!! There is something so sexy and confident about a man who shaves his head (balding already or not) because they're just putting themselves out there - like it or not. And I happen to LOVE it . . . So kudos to you, Montreal_Guy for sporting a bic'd dome!
And rawrrrrr Scott . . .
*swoons* AmazingMe . . . always amazing you . . .

I would take a shaved head or “challenged” hairline over what’s under those well worn, never washed baseball caps some men are hiding under!!!!

The only one thing that caucasian women of western culture are fixated on is HEIGHT. If you are under 5'10" you can pretty much forget it! Beauty commercials & soap operas & hollywood have set the standards for which women are to aspire to and any man that doesn't " measure up" is substandard & as women would say " I wouldn't settle for less."

It's all a big conspiracy involving hollywood, fashion magazines, and the institute of chiropractors.

| Another question for the ladies - Dating a bald man. Posted: 5/12/2006 10:20:08 AM | OP.... if you weren't so far away.... I would swarm! LOL And you do pull of the bald look very well! Some men are better at pulling off the look than others..... but I have to go with saying that if you have the comb-over thing going... or a few stray hairs.... get out the razor and go all the way. You are not fooling anyone. And just a note to those men that are bald on top but have allowed the lower length to grow and grow...... well.... it is just wrong. Bald can be very beautiful and sexy!

BTW..... Fabio....is a very unattractive man in my book! LOL

FABIO: sound of gagging...
the WORST? MEN WHO HAVE NO HAIR ON TOP BUT GROW IT LONG ON SIDES AND BACK, ALA BEN FRANKLIN. eeewww!
isn't baldness attributed to TOO MUCH TESTOSTERONE? NOT a bad thing!

Posted: 5/12/2006 3:22:51 PM | I agree that the combover is the worst, followed by mullets and guys with no hair on top with long hair on the sides and back. Shave it or give it a short haircut--bald can be verrrrrryyyyy sexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy!! Patrick Stewart comes to mind

| Another question for the ladies - Dating a bald man. Posted: 5/12/2006 6:15:15 PM | | Having been balding or bald for a long time now, gotta wade into this discussion. I knew I would be going bald from a young age and it never bothered me - never has, never will. People talk about baldness like it is some kind of disease. To listen to the baldness "cures" on the radio and TV, you'd think they were delivering a cure for AIDS! Balding is a natural phenomenon for many men; some younger, some later in life. Adapt and enjoy it guys. Keep the hair short and trimmed or shave it off completely; no comb-overs or hairpieces! There are enough women who like bald men that you should have no worries. For those that like a full head of hair, guess what, they're not going to be interested in you! But you will catch the eyes of those that love that smooth pate and clean look. I can't believe how much energy and money is wasted over this whole thing. For those guys who think losing their hair is a liability, you've gotta figure from the women on this site that there are many of them who think baldness is a turn-on. | |

| Another question for the ladies - Dating a bald man. Posted: 5/12/2006 6:24:32 PM | | I worked with a guy who wore a toupee....and everyone knew it.....FINALLY he got rid of it....and he looked so much better! Nothing wrong with bald or balding....better than a bad comb-over, or a toupee that everyone knows about. (apparently there's alot of work involved in a toupee as well! who knew?) But then......I had to decide a long time ago about whether to go grey naturally or start dying my hair. Since I'm get busy and don't always have time (or money) to be dyeing my hair every 4 weeks....I had to decide which was worse....roots...or grey hair. I decided that roots would look worse...and so I was grey in my 30's. Since so many women dye their hair.....I sometimes feel insecure as to whether I made the right decision......would dyeing my hair make me look younger...etc etc. I think we all are insecure about something about our appearances. But I've had enough men come up to me and compliment me on my grey hair that I realize that although there are men who won't like it....there are others for who it is a turn on. Same with baldness I guess. | |

But anyway, bald is sooooo sexy, shaved head is Very sexy ON SOME MEN. Michael Rosenbaum is the sexiest thing ever, I personally love it. but I like men with hair too. but if you have a receding hairline, you probably did the right thing. ;o)

| Another question for the ladies - Dating a bald man. Posted: 5/29/2006 9:12:20 PM | Just wanted to drop in and say hullo, seeing I fit the topic. I do have a question though....
What is it about rubbing our heads that you women like so much. Right now for the summer, I have "bic'ed" my head bald. Sometimes I let just a little grow, a lil peach fuzz. But either way, you women always want to rub my head, but never could understand why? I have had my head shaved for 16 years now, and I have this happen all the time. When I do ask the women why they like that...really never get a straight answer....
Any thoughts?? | |
