Wabby is sick
coming down with the flu
disinfecting my place
as I know I should do
Yet stop to read do I
and..what do I find?
a blast from a past
that blows my mind
These poems you bring
makes tears rapidly fall
quickly to my side
my widdle wabbit does call
Why do you cry mommy
she asks with thoughtful brown eyes
looking at her
my heart truly sighs
My reply comes quickly
happy tears my sweetie are what you view
no need to worry
they are for a love that is true
and so.......

Another blast from the past....loll then I am gone! I have 
and I laughed reading so many old posts!!!! my ribs are sore....and tears did fall.....
dis Squirrellsssssss tail...is wet from the pourdown!!!!!!!!

I am starting to think about the reception......
I am trying to think ahead,,,,leave no deception....
The party will be , one hell of a crowd.....
I'm sure they'll be music,,,,,,playin it loud!!!!!
Sharon,,,,sweet girl, she'll take care of the food,
No doubt in my mind......it will all be good!
The wabbitts,,,,,will be wearin,,,,,,some stylin clothes....
Everyones got,,,,,,champagne on their nose.....
The band it will play........until late , late at night..
Everything will turn out......just,,,,WABBITT right...
We will dance to the oldies, goldies, and then,
we will have some more drinks....and do it again...
The families, all here for the fun, and the love....
The stalker and wabbit....will send up a dove....
The wabbits,,,,will play games, of Limbo, and Twister.....

It is now 6:00 am......BKS,,is whippin up some banana nut bread...

Friends and family gathered
This event they will not miss
The day Wabbit and Hunter
Seal it with a kiss
The squirrels have all shown up
Some giggle, some even cry
Free with their emotions
Hide it? they don't even try
A hush falls on the crowd
A tear slides down Hunter's cheek
The vision of beauty before him
Makes his knees go weak
The bride makes her entrance
So lovely and so grand
The guest look in amazement
As he reaches for her hand
He gazes into her eyes
His heart does skip a beat
Stands in total wonder
At the beauty that he does greet
The preacher steps forward
Two lives he'll join as one
The kids are getting tired
Standing out in the sun
They exchange the wedding vows
On her hand he slides a ring
When they both say "I do"

I am also looking for music to be played at the actual ceremony if you have any ideas floating around, they would be much appreciated. Garden Squirrel may play her organ and my cousin will sing...yet Wabbit has no idea about church music....help.

I've gone through thirty three

can't find it anywhere
it was one that was outstanding
one I wanted to share
So Wabbit's been wedding planning
found a sweet honeymoon spot
high up in Tennessee mountains
where in July I am hoping it ain't too hot
So hard to plan this celebration
from way over here
none of these businesses
to me are near
(can anyone imagine doing this?)
Yet people are helpful
southern folks to me are kind
guiding me exactly
to what I must find

My little girl and I
were playing in the yard
I spotted a baby rabbit
it truly wasn't hard
yet her eyes of this rabbit
she did not see
so off under sunshine rays
we went chasing it with glee
into bushes it did go
mom she kept asking
"why does it run so?"
I explained that scared was it of us
yet on she ran
with a holler and a rush
determined to catch it
this made me smile
watching her hair bounce
as she ran all the while
inside I knew she would not catch this rabbit
yet it warmed me inside
to see she had found a new habit. | |
