so remind me of my dad it's true
how at night beside my bed
many tickles came to view
sweet times
spent with me
clearly in my mind
those I now see....
Now I must admit
nervous am I
see my dad can really dance
used to put the ladies
as they watched him in a trance
only once before
did I dance at his side
watching and trying to follow
I beamed at him with pride
so nervous am I
just how will I with him keep up I ask
so I am picking a slow song
so I wont be too much put to task
those waltzes he can do

Yes, mmmmmy I shall treasure forever the memory of my father/daughter dance. To have this man who is my rock so near, and at my wedding day means more to me then this Wabbit can ever say.
Speaking of dad
came by today
seems my shower got broken
so his tools he brought my way
such a sweetie he is
always there for me
love in abundance
from him I do see....
Now with my little one in tow
they are off in the snow
going to visit great-grandma today
seems there is a parrot at this nursing home
one in which my baby girl loves to play....

House is now quiet
yet my mind wanders in so many ways
off on a road trip to Alabama
we will be in a matter of days
wedding preparations to be made
while I am there for two weeks time
so much to do it's true
full very much is my mind
yet within all this bustle
one thing holds so true
beside me shall be my love
in all that we do
this is what I long for
to feel again his strong hand
as always from our beginning
I wish for us to walk the same land
for when we are together
I feel such peace within
darling I love you
can't wait to be in your arms again......

we were placed for each other's view

I see this image in my mind
a spunky little lady
along a riverbank I do find
with her 'special friend"
tucked in just the right place
we see her belly dancig
with such style and grace
a dreamy look can be seen
as she does her belly dance
lost is she it seems
drifting in an exotic trance
every so often
her hips will raise high
an ooooh and aaaaaaah comes
then a blissful sigh
with a pat to her behind
these words from her mouth escape this day
"hush now dear Bob"
not yet time to play!
so on with this dance
this belly dancer does flow
seems this 'Bob" that she speaks with
as she dances causes in her a very sweet glow.....
