Been cleaning for days and the kids keep messing Yes for sure you can imagine how I am stressing. Just have to share this. My sweetie came over to my place for the first time a few weeks after we began dating. Like you, I had been cleaning for days. I made it VERY clear to my 9-year old that he'd better not mess anything up once I was done! The time finally came for R to arrive. Everything was spotless, with candles glowing through the living room. R looked around and commented on how nice my place was. It wasn't until later that he admitted how nervous it made him to see a place with 3 sons look so good. It just didn't look natural to him. When I stopped laughing, I told him to relax, that he was never going to see it look that good again anyhow. And he never has............
