Like snuggling in late on a cold winter morning
Like a present out of the blue
These are some ways I feel about you
Like ice cream on a hot summers day
Like company when your skys are grey
Like your favorite food when you're very hungry
These are some ways I feel about you
Like all green lights, when heading home
Like a card in your mail box from a dear old friend
Like a good deed when you needed one most
These are some ways I feel about you
Like the softest green grass under your feet
Like a breeze caring the fragrance of flowers
Like bird songs in the morning
These are some ways I feel about you
Like the safe feeling of a hug
Like closing your eyes during a kiss
Like trusting to share deepest desires

He's a little sad today, so he won't be out to play
So I'll go cheer him up, guess I'm calling it a day
Before I leave though I just have to say
Dang I wish I could be rollin in some hay

Then you can go rolling, laughing, and playing in the hay!!
These kids got me all squirrrrrrrly and cwazzzzzzzzzzzy, wont go to bed, so I can rest my head.........not sure right now if I am a wabbit or a squirrellllllllllllllll.........need my hunter to give me a whirlllllll......but for now I am signing off , so good night.......going to go try and make it right.........Jules you are rubbing off on me, but that 's a good thing,,,,,,,,,,we can be .......two squirrelllllllllllllls in a tree!!!

Knowing their days of blissful togetherness are about to begin
When they last parted, had to go their own ways
They knew they'd meet up again some magical day
It's as if they were never one moment apart
The memories of their loving etched deep in their hearts
The feelings in words so hard to express
Just knowing you have your true love found the best.
They talk of the future, plan out their lives
Are excited for the day to finally arrive

Juleeeeees girl......you are such a beautiful poet, your words make one laugh, cry, think, and yes feel the magic of yearning for a love everlasting.
Best Kept...loved your poem, very sweet and silly just like you! I can relate to the not being able to sleep, tossing and turning, dreaming of love........cupid's arrow struck yet? hmmmm...I think you know who inspired my poem late last night...but I'm not saying!! lol
Bucsgirl ........nice to see you back again....welcome.....very sweet words and I know they are from the heart. A line comes to mind when I think of you and your dear Sasquatch...."Parting is such sweet sorrow." My babies are sick, my Dad's having it rough
Yes, I am worried, and yes, I am stressed

Posted: 2/19/2007 8:18:28 PM | From one who knows, all too well. I dropped off Kevin at the airport early this morning. Our time together was wonderful, more than could ever be imagined and yet you know the time comes when it's a visit and has an end. Just for now, you know it's temporary, and if God and immigration are willing, this is the last time for us, next time, I'm keeping him!  All that said, you just have to take it in stride and perspective, and know it's not the end, just another time before the next that you're together again.
I'm dealing with this myself, it's very fresh, and no complaints, no woe is me. Just that you have to face the times when it does get hard to have to part ways, even for a time.
Just know, hunter and wabbit, that we both know and understand as we face it, too. We talked about it while he was here, but even better we talked much more about our future plans for our life together. And it will be, it will happen. Until it does, we're still very much a devoted couple, very much in love and so what is now is and we're content with that. And looking forward to a rich, bright, happy future together.
I'll post this and say, hon when you read this, I will get some sleep...I promised!!

Our love is alive, it grows day by day

I think often how could I love this man more
How could it be even better than before
Just when you think your love’s reached its peak
It goes beyond what your mind can even think
The miracle just happens, all the time
Words I’ve never had, the poetry and rhyme
Expressing in words, doing my very best
To tell him, to try my eyes say the rest
I see it reflected in his , and his soft, sweet touch
That gentle smile it tells me as much
He reaches for my hand to give it a kiss
And I know now that life is never better than this
He wraps his arms around me and draws me near
I savor the closeness of the man I hold dear
If there’s heaven on earth, then surely this is
The riches in love together, my love and his
I look in his handsome face, this man I adore
And am grateful to know I’ll love him even more.
How is it possible, I could never imagine how
I no longer wonder, I am content in the here and the now
And I smile as I lay my head down each night
In knowing you just know love when it’s right
And so it is and will be that our loves grows still
