| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 2:58:01 AM | Sigh, oh to feel the human touch from a real hot girl who likes the hell out of me...
| |
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 6:17:48 AM | hmmmm....ditto ^^^ what they all said! am a very touchy feely person! the skin is the most sensitive part on any ones body, and with the most square inches, and probably the least explored! go figure!! I am an explorer, and feel that ppl need the human touch, daily!! look at those infants in third world countries, they aren't touched and it truly affects them! so, my suggestion is reach out and touch someone today!! just be respectful and kind/gentle!! just the thought for the day!....then you move into caresses, massages, etc.....good for everyone!!
Ciao

ps. yes, with some it may take lots and lots of practice, but you know - practice makes perfect!!!
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 6:53:32 AM | ^^^ As a pof-er who occasionally finds her way out to the group events, I gotta say, I think I need more practice!!
I completely melt when a man touches the lower part of my back or brush the back of his hand against my cheek
I couldn't agree more! | |
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 7:19:11 AM | I am so not touchy feely.. In fact, some have compared me to a porcupine..
On edit though.. HnR said it best.... I just want the human touch from a cute guy who likes the hell out of me...
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 7:46:32 AM | I love the human touch
Isn't it the best feeling (besides cradling a newborn) to get a loving hug from someone, whether it's you kid, man, woman, friend?
Then we get into "other" touches.......but that's no one's business.....lol
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 7:53:01 AM | I work with palliative patients and I have seen someone's pain lessened by a kind touch when heavy duty narcotics couldn't touch it. I have also communicated and comforted other cultures who spoke no english but were scared to death by either touching them lightly on the arm or back or looking very carefully into their eyes with empathetic feeling. You would be amazed what touch can do...besides the obvious kinda touching | |
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 9:23:38 AM | ^^^ I have had this same experience....touch is such an effective means of communication!
It is soooo easy to feel someones intent in their touch...you can't lie about it....I am a very touchy feely person, and even though my personnal boundries are close, I realise that some people aren't comfortable with casual contact....and try to identify it...if I miss it, sorry! just let me know!
BTW...Duffy has it down to a science! We all need dance lessons
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 11:23:07 AM | ^^^^ Not really a science!!
...to feel someones intent in their touch...you can't lie about it.... ..and why would we want to? The touch of a hand or shoulder between a couple can express words that would be unaccepatable on a first meeting, or will say things that a person may be too shy to say outloud, gotta love the "touchy-feely", it is what makes the world survive!
It is a desire and a need that we as humans need, we will never know the full reason as to the why (or at least to express that opinion in a public forum anyway!) but the satisfaction and comfort level with it being done is beyond description for the most part.
I like holding onto ladies, and I have to confess, dancing has brought that back into my life after a few years absence to the point of having to look more seriously at some different styles for that "closer" feeling.

| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 5:37:23 PM | I am a touchy feely person, but like alot on here said i like someone else to start it. When someone touches your shoulder or the small of your back it just has that calming effect. I have also found that the same exact touch from two different people can give me a different reaction an example is at work one guy i work with can come up rub my shoulder and it makes me feel relaxed and comfortable then another guy comes up rubs my shoulder and makes me wanna run away as fast as i can. Is this weird or has anyone else had this.
on the palm reading i have never had anyone try that.
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 6:16:38 PM | I'm definately a touchy feely person, but as mentioned above in a previous post, you need to know when you can and when you can't.
If I know the other person is the same way, then I have no problems with being touchy feeling, even kissey, I love getting hugs and kisses, I mean really... who doesn't?
exactly ...

| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 6:24:52 PM | | yes and at busy pof parties i find that some people can't keep thier hands off my butt! must be the booze. | |
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 6:39:59 PM | I am KINDA touchy-feely - but I also have a very definite personal space. People who are too much in my space before I am ready make me extremely uncomfortable.
Once I know ya though, I am a bit better about the hugs etc. I do love to be touched though. Simply being carressed is sometimes better than sex

| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 6:46:11 PM | ^^ cyclephil^^ mr. patricia the stripper.....hmmmm....with you always up there struttin your stuff do we hear a bit of a "whine" in there? would you like to suggest which cheese would go with that sir? teehee!!! shy? lmao!!
agree with Cataline ^ a simple touch, caress or meaningful glance "across a crowded room" can speak volumes that groping can't hold a candle to!!
I am very touchy feely with everyone! as those that have met me can attest to!!

| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 7:44:18 PM | | ^^^ maybe I should include the psychic butt readings in my work as a massage therapist. I'm sure I'd make more money! | |
|
| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/11/2007 7:44:22 PM | Simply being carressed is sometimes better than sex
I agree if you mean....
Simply being carressed (by someone), is sometimes better than sex (by myself).
And as far as all this "Butt Reading" goes, do larger asses cost more money than smaller ones?

| Touchy-Feely Posted: 2/14/2007 12:10:46 PM | ^^^HAHAHAHA
I touch people's arms when I'm talking to them. I've been known to use the finger pointing "See?!" poke into an arm or chest. I like to hold hands with someone I'm dating. I like holding an arm when walking together. My friends always get hugs upon greeting and leaving, especially if I haven't seen them for awhile.

It depends if spectators are allowed.
