Yeah, that was a lot of fun. Now I got another one,,craving that is. It involves a plane ride,chilly beer, white sand with blue water and bikini clad females splasing around in such water for my viewing pleasure only.

I have four different kinds of chocolate in my fridge, always there, but I rarely actually want it.
If I can't find what I'm craving, I opt for protien. A thin slice of cheese usually does it, and then the craving is gone.
Mind you.. if I ran out of coffee..

You got it girl, protien is a great way to curb your cravings especially if you crave those carbs and sugars and it gives you the same amount of energy. It's also a great way to maintain weight or even lower excess body weight. I sound like a friggin infomercial but it's true. Protein is not just for body builders! I have a big ol bucket of whey protein (chocolate flavour) in my cupboard and draw on it daily. But if I'm having an extra craving for sugar, I just make myself a shake.. doesn't hurt and I don't feel guilty for it.  | |

You can have a goal in mind, but you shouldn't crave for it.
