| WHAT'S THE MOST ORIGINAL PICK UP LINE EVER USED ON YOU....THAT WORKED Posted: 2/10/2007 10:50:18 AM | It was Daytona Beach, bike week 1980 (was was it really 27 years ago?). I asked a young lady, "hey little girl, want to ride on my Big Harley?" She answered "it it really that big?" I said, "do you want to find out?" She said "sure", threw her leg over the saddle and we took off for a day of riding.
We went back onto Main St. about 7pm. I stopped on the street and she dismounted. I went to back the bike in on the curb, looked into the mirror and there she was standing with the biggest, hairiest, tattooed biker I ever saw, with his arm around her. I dropped the bike into 1st gear and took off.
Next day I saw him at the bar and dont think he recogonized me. We struck up a conversation. He said that his daughter went riding the day before with this real nice guy and when they got back to town he went to park the bike and she was going to introduce me to him, and he took off. He said he sure would like to thank the guy for being a gentleman to his daughter all day. I never did admit to him it was me....but the pick-up line has always been one I have remembered.

| WHAT'S THE MOST ORIGINAL PICK UP LINE EVER USED ON YOU....THAT WORKED Posted: 2/28/2007 6:21:05 PM | How about - Hi, My name is and i would like to get to know more about you? i am sure some of us might laugh and walk away but it is honest.
on here - i like to point out something in the profile and ask more about that. it does not always work - if they respond back - i ask might ask a strange question
if you had a choice -which would you least enjoy a ride in a space ship or a submarine?
of just ask how their weekend was and go from there.
opening lines are hard and there is no standard one that works all the time.

Overheard at a Hollywood party:
Young, beautiful woman walks up to Jack Nicholson and asks:
"Do you want to dance?"
He replies:
"Wrong verb."

| WHAT'S THE MOST ORIGINAL PICK UP LINE EVER USED ON YOU....THAT WORKED Posted: 3/1/2007 6:44:23 PM | Okay so on here a guy emails me and he says , hello JOJO , I would like to hear more about your child if you don't mind seems it's a big part of your life.
I was floored, The guy was intrested in me enough to go read my profile , and my forum replies. Did it work ? yeah I responded but once my kid and I caught the flu , I really didn't have time to keep up with him , so he is out there fishing.

Drop him a line, tell him what was up, and see what he says... If he says nothing or he is a jerk, BLAH on him... But if he is a real live nice guy he will understand.. Never know until you try..

| WHAT'S THE MOST ORIGINAL PICK UP LINE EVER USED ON YOU....THAT WORKED Posted: 3/2/2007 4:19:15 AM | Thanks for the advice Nikki, I did drop him a line when I got over being ill and he told me that he had met someone else. That is fine with me though, it wasn't like we had been on a date yet or anything. I just appreciated he did that much work and didn't judge by just a profile. | |

| WHAT'S THE MOST ORIGINAL PICK UP LINE EVER USED ON YOU....THAT WORKED Posted: 3/23/2007 5:19:28 PM | OK...I think everyone got off track from the original thread...but that's not uncommon! This line was used on me many years ago and it worked...just not in the way the guy planned...
I had a very nice looking guy (in a business suit...that was a little worse from wear that day) approach me and asked ... as he draped his arm over my shoulder..."Wwould you like to dance and maybe leave later??"
So......I said "Sure"...we walked out on the dance floor (gentlemen first)...I shook my hips twice and walked away...right out the door! The dumb blonde thing always gets the job done!! I highly doubt he even noticed because he was in a drunken stooper...but it was the higlight of my night!
