a man cannot just "sign over his rights as father" and walk away. if the mother has a husband who wishes to adopt, the courts will allow the biological father to sign away rights to enable another man to adopt ( upon mothers motion) but a mna/father canot just sign away rights to avoid parental responsibility. a mother can sign away rights as part of surrendering for adoption | |

I knew or or two girls that mentioned to me siphoning off sperm (with a syringe) contained within a condom and injecting it high up in the vaginal close to the cervix.
To which of course i laughed and called them bubbleheaded idiots that had no idea the world of trouble they were asking for.
So there are women that will still play the "let me get pregnant so he'll be mine forever" game.
This is most commonly scene in younger more NAIVE 20something women.
Older women KNOW BETTER --LOL. Pregnancy is no guarantee that the guy will marry them or even stick around.
Second--never do a "booty call" with someone you know has feelings for you.
Frankly, it's not fair to her and can cause you a whole lot of aggravation.
Third--GROW UP! regardless of the circumstances if you get a woman pregnant (fact is that is YOUR sperm in that condom) you are just as reponsible for that offspring. The child had nothing to do with being brought into the world.
IF you can't accept the RESPONSIBILITY of potentially ending up as a parent you shouldnt even be engaging in sexual intercourse. | |

You actually think you are not going to pay for your child if she gets pregnant???
My advice is, follow the yellow brick road, and you will meet this wizard... This wizard will be able to offer you a brain. If the condom you were using is a packaged, bought at a drug/grocery store, in North America then there was spermacide inside and out... in order for sperm to impregnate themselves in an egg, it must be the exact time that the egg is on it's way being made ready for fertilization, the sperm cannot be outside the body and exposed to the air around them or they will die. Sperm have to be moving upwards towards the uterus in order to encounter the egg. And they must be 'fresh'. (sorry don't know how else to phrase that)
Now further to that I would make sure that when she does come to you to say she is pregnant, and she most likely will because I'm betting she already IS pregnant from someone else and wants it to be you, then you tell her that as soon as the DNA proves it, you will be a man for the child, NOT for her. And make sure you get everything in writing, you also might wanna write down the day this happened and count forward 40 weeks. That's her estmated due date if it was yours.
If she doesn't try to pin anything on you then count your blessings and learn your lesson here. It's not nice to take advantage of a persons affections for you, ya I know it's easy to be the apple of someone's eye even when you aren't into them in return, but a woman that was just your playmate would never do this because it would interfere with her fun as well.

*Using a condom is not always foolproof ( pregnancy OR std's , HIV)
* sleeping with someone you just met , without really maybe knowing the person they are is kinda imature and irresponsible. ( stalking and obbsession)
* Impregnating someone ( un balanced or not) ( 18 yrs of child support , emotional blackmail , loss of income, fun of explaining to future partner )
I assume you already know all of this so I won't waste time telling you 
The fact that she is squeezing out the last of your love juice is f *cked up to be sure but at this point may be the least of your worries .... | |

This girl obviously has some issues...but you need to realize that everytime you have sex with someone you are taking that chance of getting someone pregnant (unless she has taken permanent action to prevent it.) You are JUST as responsible as her whether she sticks a used condom inside of her or not. I have a beautiful 8 year old son from a guy I was dating and he opted out and has never seen him. My son is not a ****ard.! As far as I recall....he was there too when my son was conceived. It takes two to tango. All you can do now is remember that and either take your chances if you intend to continue having recreational sex or quit doing it! And, in my opinion it's pretty shi++y to keep having sex with someone you know wants to get emotionally involved. If you have an agreement to keep feelings out of it and you see that she is not living up to that agreement just tell her.....why do some guys just run like hell and not even have the decency to tell the other person why? We are all human beings here and most people DO have some sort of emotions, even if they aren't what you want them to have.
Truly not trying to jump you but think seriously about booty calls.....most every one you have could result in a baby. And yes, if the baby is proven to be yours (and I doubt there is one) then you WILL be responsible. You were there when it was conceived. | |
