so if a child DOES pop up...
i sugest you get a good lawyer and try to work things out the best you can...
on the plus side though... most condoms have spermicide SO hopefully that would take care of anything...
but... dont call this chick again, or see her or anything...

And No I don't want to be a father to her **stard kid and I won't pay her anything.
Seems to me that there was a couple of cases that got to court in the US about this. The sperm was considered a "gift" and the guy had to pay child support. There was another case where the guy put Tabasco or something in the condom before he put it in the garbage and the woman sued him for damages. Not sure of the outcome of that one. | |

I hate that silly argument. I really think women should keep their pants up and stop spreading their legs if THEY don't want to get pregnant. After all, THEY are the ones who end up here complaining so vehemently that they got screwed then screwed over by some guy they didn't even know. | |

I have been deemed the grand wazoo around my workplace and have the kids asking me for advice their father's should provide.
Example: A young man met a woman at a club had sex with her and was asking me what the incidence of AIDS related infection was nowadays. I did my best to RAM HOME (pun intended) spacesuit useage. I told this child that he must wear a spacesuit EVERYTIME and that he cannot trust ANYONE in these kind of interactions.
Sad world, but I'd hate for these nice kids to start spreading HPV on their birthdays. | |

Anyhoo-
If I were a guy and I caught some girl I was f**king around with doing that sh!t, I would take it to court right away, just so she knows that I'm not joking around with it. Because just having it on record could help you win a case if she tried to nail you for child support. Or call the cops and report it as theft.
I would also not just throw my used condom away, but flush it down the toilet. Or at least throw it into the toilet so that she couldn't get it later, because who wants to put toilet water in their naught place? Not me.
I have had the same thing (in a way) happen to me. A guy I was dating wanted to be a father and I wasn't ready at the time, so he would pull the condom off while we were having sex. Or open it with his teeth and it would tear. I started putting the condoms on and checking to make sure that they were still on throughout the act.
Just make sure that you are the one to put it on and dispose of it. | |

First off, sperm don't last very long once they've come into contact with air (and god knows whatever was in your trashcan that she just got all up in there) - on a bedsheet, a sperm cell's life span is about two minutes. Also, most condoms have spermicide on them that kills sperm in case the condom breaks. She's stupid and desperate for something that could lock you into a relationship (like a faked pregnancy if you were gullible enough to believe that she could get pregnant that way). Even if the sperm did survive the air, spermicide, etc., there's no way she could get them that deep by shoving a condom up there. That's why guys shoot out with some amount of force the way they do; to get it in far enough. Don't worry about what's happened, but don't give her a call again either. She's got some serious issues and she obviously doesn't want to settle for being a booty call, no matter how much you don't want anything more. | |

You can't blame someone for not wanting to get into a serious relationship. From the sound of it, he's probably been fairly clear with her that he doesn't want anything more than a booty call, and if she can't accept that then it's her problem. He's being selfish by not wanting to be pressured into a relationship he doesn't want in the first place? From the sound of her, I can't blame him for not wanting to get any more involved, she sounds like one of those overly clingy psychotics.

... Because he doesn't want a long-term relationship? Now he'd be a **stard if he was telling her he did want a long-term relationship and was faithful to only her but was seeing a bunch of other girls on the side, but it doesn't sound like that's the case.
