I can't imagine doing that and man all I can say is NEVER go near her again and hope for the best. That is so wrong, there shoudl be some kind of legal action a person can take...since it was without your consent. I mean, I know you had sex with her but what she did was just deliberate and downright horrible. I'm sooooo sorry!

It seems obvious to me she knew it was just a so called (sleeping/sex relationship) only, and going to become nothing else, and she was hoping for more. Some people have problems lots of them and you happen to find one. And come on people do you follow your man to the bathroom to make sure he flushes his condom, a lot of men throw them in the garbage. I have had men I only sleep with for sex too and they wanted more, and I moved on, well you had to learn the hard way. Atleast you were practising safe sex, and your other party involved, was out in la..la... land. Her chances of getting pregnant are slim, so breathe....... One more thing, the guy is asking for advice, not to be put on the chopping block...... Next time, flush....and smile... It will all work out. | |

Maybe you could get them to sign a waiver to say " in case of pregnancy that she will take all the responsibility and you will have none"
News bullitin preganancy results from sex so unless you can look at the women that you are sleeping with and say yes i will be a father to your "**stard child" just say no and learn to love yourself safer that way

But i think that hockey was right about one thing...
this isnt the childs fault. Calling it a **stard isnt cool... nor is not playing a positive role in its life. If she is... be a man about it and step up to the plate.
This would be another reason why we all might want to think about and look more closely at the women/men that we all share "internal juices" with.
But sorry dude that situation sucks...but there really aint much to do about it...but like others have suggested...spermicide should be your new friend...

OT: I met a few women who wanted babies and if you say "no"or "maybe", some of them have tried to remove condoms at peak times. Having a baby to save or increase the relationship is no solution. However sex takes two and men have to take responsibility for they're (in)action. | |

Posted: 1/11/2007 8:21:49 PM | Whether or not you like it, you need to stay in touch some how with this woman until you know for sure she is not pregnant. Not the most comfortable thing you can think of right now ... but you need to be sure.
I hope also (by the way) that this is a lesson ... remove used condoms, expel air, tie a knot in them, wrap them in TP and flush them ... stick around and watch it go down the drain.
If you do become a father, I hope you do the right thing ... for the child's sake ... sigh. | |

Here's my suggestion:
Take care of the baby yourself, and make her pay child support.
If you can't get out of paying, you can make the argument that she's not mentally stable enough to raise a child, and thus it would only be safe in your care or the care of another guardian.
If that works, then you've got a child you've just saved from a psychopathic woman, *and* she has to pay for it with her own money!
That's how I'd deal with it...

No judge is going to believe that she took the condom out of the trash, turned it inside out, and reinserted it. It will be viewed as being the same as the condom slipping off during the act either before, during, or after the moment of truth.
It takes two to tango. Yes, the guy was being responsible by having safe sex but he should have practiced safe "after sex" by FLUSHING IT down the toilet.
No agreement, either verbal or written, will release him from his financial responsibilities. Neither mistake, accident, nor deceit factor into the decision as to who pays child support and who doesn't. He can opt not to pay and have his picture on the walls of the post office, rest areas, and some retail stores; have his state and federal tax refunds intercepted; have a warrant out for his arrest; in some states he will not be able to register a vehicle; the arrearages will be reported to the credit bureaus; every employer will get served notice to begin wage garnishment; no matter what he does he will be required to pay every month from the time the child is born to the time the child turns 18 or graduates from high school, which ever occurs last.
In other words, if she is pregnant and he wants nothing to do with the child then in some opinions, he's screwed. He could of course be a man, take responsibility, do the right thing, and be a positive part of that child's life. | |

A judge in Toronto made a guy pay child support, when she "forgot" to swallow & got herself pregnant,
after giving her lawyer boyfriend a blowjob!
Said that once he "gave it" to her, he had no right to control what she did with it
& was responsible to pay child support.

Anyway, last I looked at the laws, in general, guys pretty much get screwed in situations like these. Maybe do a search on the net in your area or consult a lawyer for free online.
She'll probably not get pregnant via that method.

Guess you just have to hope the spermicide worked well enough to avoid having to face that scenario. Might be an idea to avoid booty calls in general I think.
