So, r why do most guys act so stupid or do they just think with their little heads at all times?! LOL (Every action has a consequence, she could have poked holes in the condoms which is also a very handy way to GETRDONE(So, I have heard), or maybe just get rough enough to break that thing, I mean it does happen, right?) LOL
Nooooo, the question is: "Why the hell do guys trust women with decisions that will affect them (the men) for the rest of their lives?"
And, speaking of thinking with their gonads.... seems to me that any woman who hooks up with an abusive a-hole hoping to 'fix' him, or pokes holes in condoms or tries to inseminate herself with a used condom is only thinking with HER (small head?) gonads. | |

Most sperm will die upon contact with the air. Start using your own condoms (some poke holes, too), and ensure they are the kind with nonoxynol 9. That'll make sure your lil puppies are deader than doornails.

She has to be ovaulating during this time which with women I believe is around 7-15day period out of the month. -- So with this being said I hope this wasn't the time! Secondly, If she is , get a lawyer- a damn good one b/c at the rate of child support one child could cost $800-$2500 a month out of your income!! And this could be over the next 18-25yrs!!. It would be better for you to shell out a few thousand dollars now than hundreds of thousands later over time!! Ask for proof from her atleast you need some sort of basis before you spend the money on a lawyer. There's a couple of states that I know of that you can give up your rights to the child~! Check this out-if you are telling the truth~ if not take the responsiblity of the action~ the child needs a father. Another way to beat the child support is to agree upon sole cusotdy of the child or atleast shared. This will take up your time and freedom for 1/2 the month but heck the money would be much less than the court ordered support. The other thing is a law suit-sue her ass! This maybe a little hard to prove but you can name things judgements in the suit that will hold all of her valued assests from being sold or transfered- you could put this off for many years and hold it as a semi weapon..to get what you want. This is more than likely what your lawyer will tell you to do-if she has assests (car, home,accounts, stock ect.) Some of this may work- I don't know the laws in your state and you need to talk to someone who does- most can give you free advice... | |

The courts will argue that there's no way to determine whether she got pregnant doing that or if the intercourse that occurred before that was the culprit. It could have been the last time you were with her for all you know, IF she gets pregnant. If she does get pregnant I'd be asking for a paternity test, and if it does end up being yours god help you. I hope you don't enter into a relationship with her. I'm all for manning up and being a father even if you don't want to be with the mother. I did it, and ended up marrying her only to spend many of our ten years together absolutely miserable. But the courts will pin it on you if its yours, and even if you wanted to relinquish your rights as the father if she wants to pursue it she can and will force you to claim responsibility and pay support for at least 18 years. The only way you can relinquish rights is if she has no problems with it and doesn't contest it.
And one last thing. DON'T FLUSH CONDOMS DOWN THE TOILET!!! Shit, if you are that worried about a girl spoon-feeding her uterus fill it with soap or some cleaner she's got underneath the sink and rinse it thoroughly with hot water, then wrap it in kleenex and shove it in the garbage. Hell, stick the thing cleaned and wrapped back in your jeans until you leave if you are absolutely paranoid. | |

And you're crazy if you think you wouldn't have to pay anything if a child did come out of a situation like this. DNA determines everything and trust me that Judge doesn't care how that sperm got there. A child is a child regardless and it's genetic father will support it.
