Posted: 3/16/2008 9:13:43 PM | When I was in Europe there was a case almost identical,even though the laws are different...it came down to basic law...did she get legally pregnant or did she plan it for revenge,support or forced marriage.Final verdict...it was a 50-50 deal and the court decided both individuals were unfit (somewhat of a possibility in this case also
without offending you)...so they voted in favor of the baby and granted support.
Slight twist to the story...taking the judge's wording since he had time the man fought for giving up the baby away for adoption based on the fact the female really wasn't fit since he claimed it was his legal right to leave the country as a non-citizen where she basically wouldn't get anything and he was actually successful when the baby was removed for adoption.For the good of the baby maybe that's what you should explore if it applies. | |

You may be able to file a civil suit but without absolute proof you'd have no case and it'd be thrown out quickly if it ever went to trial period. She'd need to fess up to having done it or you'd need video evidence or a witness and you'd like get neither of the three. No grounds, no case. Hearsay doesn't cut it unfortunately. And in family court the will ask if you had sex with her. You cannot dispute this because you are saying she took the condom that you just used inside her and inserted it inside herself to try and fertilize an egg. Well the key ingredient here isn't the fact that she did this but the fact that you agreed to have sex with her. Whether you were responsible and used a condom or not the point is condoms are not failsafe and people get pregnant while using them every day. It's not unheard of by any means. So for all they know the condom had a slight tear in it or some of the semen leaked out the sides or you stuck it in her a few times without the condom, either before or after and some of the residual semen made it's way to her uterus, or you just rubbed up on her with your penis and that can be enough to get the job done too. As long as you have a hard on and are sexually excited you are liking leaking semen. At any point during the foreplay if the two interact (penis and vagina) it could happen. It only takes one swimmer, and in a tiny drop of pre-cum there are probably thousands of sperm cells. So realistically you took that calculated risk when you agreed to sleep with her. The fact that she tried to trick you or stick you is grounds for the end of your relationship and that's about it really. It's sad, but it's the harsh reality of sex. | |

I ALWAYS turn the condom inside out and thoroughly rinse it out with scalding hot water three times until there is only a minute trace left then tie it off in a knot. Yes, it is messy and icky but when I think about the alternative which is 18yrs of child support to a woman I didn’t wish to have a child with suddenly a few moments of displeasure doesn’t seem so bad.
Once when a woman’s sink and bathtub were clogged up I had to tie off the condom and place it in my pocket and leave with it and dispose of it later.
Some men go so far as to place Tabasco sauce or Icy Hot in their condoms afterward so as to prevent unintended pregnancies from garbage can diving females. But I have heard of men being taken to court and sued for this because the women end up going to the emergency room with first degree burns in their vaginas - which serves them right.  | |

sperm only lives for a very short time outside the body and so in the time it took her to grab the condom, fiddle about getting it inside out without spilling it, blah blah blah all those little tadpoles would have surely died.
Sorry, this isnt true, they can live for a few hours. I worked in a lab and used to do a lot of semen tests miroscopically. Even when patients brought their samples hours after emission, there were still live sperm in there. | |

Therefore, you know the risks of fuc*king! If she gets pregnant, even on purpose, you would still probably be liable for child support. Why? Because the court would reason it the way I did. You know the risks, you also know that some women want to get pregnant, which is also a risk. If you choose to engage in activity that can lead to a child, it was/is YOUR choice. However, there are CONSEQUENCES with every choice that we make. The consequence is to pay child support. Why? Again, the court would reason that as between the interest of the "father" in not wanting a child and not paying support, the interest of the child to be at least minimally taken care of with the necessities of life, and the interests of society to not have to foot the bill for the result of YOUR sexual pleasure, you should be the one to pay? Why should society pay? Why should the child lack for necessities of life such as food, shelter, clothing? That should answer your question. If she does get pregnant, remember that she didn't get pregnant alone. Yes, you did use a condom. However, even condoms aren't 100% effective, so every time you fu*k someone, there is always the risk of pregnancy.
Next time, use a condom AND throw it away somewhere where no woman can find it. Hide it somewhere. Frankly, I think what the woman did is gross and it's immoral to try to trap you. However, the only important thing here is the welfare of the CHILD, should there be one. I pray that she's not pregnant from you. | |

i dunno what id do in this situation, whatta snake. ive heard of guys breaking condoms on purpose but most of those times its just to feel more sensitive sex, i doubt there is a great poppulation on men tryna get some chick pregnant on purpose. i did hear somewhere though that if ur sperm get exposed to air, its no longer usable, so if thats true, then maybe she had to turn it inside out before she put it in... | |

If a girl was that messed up, despite the lack of proof, I would pursue my legal options to have her mental health assessed, if she was pregnant. Then, if I was to be a father, I would fight for sole custody and make sure that no one that unstable EVER comes near my child. One opinion of many, I guess. Um, hello, you had sex with this girl, a "booty call" as you so called put it. What the hell did you expect was going to happen? Yeah, was she psycho for doing it, yep, but again, YOU had sex with the woman, so YOU will have to take responsibility for any actions that come about it.
BTW, legally, you are fvcked. Nothing you can do because as most posters have said, you have to PROVE that it happened and there basically is no way to prove it (He said, she said). Maybe you should have thought of that before you stuck your penis in her, but again, guys like yourself never think like that until an "oops" happens.
Just lovely to hear about these irresponsible guys and their adventures. I guess you reap what you sow and in this case, I think the OP might be reaping what he was sowing with his booty call!! LOL  | |

Posted: 5/23/2008 1:18:58 PM | hi look im not sure about the circumstances fully and i hope she is not pregnant i just want to remind people and say too you that most condoms contain a gel now that kills the sperm on ejeculation so i wouldnt worry too much, also most dye on contact or within mins of being exposed to air. My concern is that she doesnt care if it is yours, and falls pregnant and places blame on you. sooo if she comes back and says she is then dna would be required, and then i would take legal action, not in denial of your child as it isnt really this babes fault and the funny thing is that most people say they dont want to take part in a childs life under this situation, but it is not a basterd child it will be part of you too, and tis such an amazing feeling to hold your own child when they come along. Id stuff her up and fight for custody on the grounds of entrappment and fraud and bring the child up yourself, i mean if she is capable of doing that too you just imagine the life and morals she would teach your child. children are a blessing from the good lord, and u, im sure would see that when you first place your arms around this precious life which is part of you whether you wanted it or not, remember tis her that is the **stard. good luck but never blame the child they r the innocent ones of this world and r not too be held responsible for the mistakes we adults make in this world. tis a shame adults loose our inocence, dont you think ??????   | |
